Horrible. It's very stuffy. While placing my order I could not understand the cashier.

I placed my plate at a table that was not with my party and I was told I could not use two tables?!?! Too much complaints by this cashier/ server.

Some of the food was not fresh when we came in. We made the cook aware and it seemed to bother them.

Never again will I return here. It was on our way home from Ontario Mills. But I should have waited to get back to LA.

The staff is extremely nice. The buffet is smaller than others but they are very accommodating and the salad bar was the cleanest and freshest I have seen anywhere.

A shame they don't offer fountain soda refills. I guess they see it as their best opportunity for easy profit. The buffet is Ok but, they go cheap on cheese & toppings during buffet. The last time for the luch buffet, the pizza barely had any cheese on it at all! You could see the sauce and just a few thin lines of cheese. Chicken and mojos are decent. The salad bar is a joke. Cheap, iceberg lettuce and carrot sticks that are way too big to be eaten in a salad. Now that Round Table offers a buffet, I usually go there. I hate to write such a marginal review because the owner is really nice and attentive but, at the end of the day, it's the quality of the food and the value for the money that count and, unfortunately, this place does not fit the bill.

The men's restroom didn't work, the pizza was cold, the corn and potatoes were terrible, and worst of all no dessert I only go to Sharkey's for there smores or Oreo dessert , I will never come back

Where too start. Not your typical Shakey's. Menu was only available too look at when you order at the register and prices weren't clear on the combos. Prices are a lot higher. No refills on soda. Only one restroom was working, and the paper towels and soap containers were empty. All the napkin containers on our table of 10 and the party next to us had empty holders. When we went to let the workers know they had a pile collecting that needed to be refilled too. Not only did it take for ever to order, but it took a long time to get our food. We couldn't even tell the kids to go play games because they did not have an updated arcade. When the food came, the mojos and chicken were dripping in grease and the pizza tasted cold already. By far the worst experience I had going out for pizza at Shakey's.

I remember going to Shakey's with my family when I was younger. I remember a man playing piano and singing. Then someone was doing some tricks or something. It was a fun night out with the family and it didn't break my dad's wallet.
The pizza here tonight was just ok, not even close to what I was expecting. You have to order when you first enter, so right away you are presured to order your food fast. I like to order after Im sitting at the table. The menu was small with no prices on it. So when you order you have no idea how much it's going to cost until they ring it all up. In my opinion the prices are high for a pizza place and the atmosphere is bland. The salad bar is small and had no shredded cheese. The staff was friendly while the waitress was very talkative and a great personality. I don't know if I will ever return to a Shakey's again.

Surprised they don't offer refills on soda drinks. Decor a bit outdated, needs a little TLC and perhaps putting more TVs and cable for sports watching. Employees were very friendly and food was good.
