  This place is absolutely top notch!! Mary is very cordial, quick to call you back, confirms via email and text, always there to answer any and all questions you may have!
  You can book the services online as well and she always has packages you can buy upfront!
  The sauna shoppe is very clean, very quaint, a true gem in Sewickley! 💯

  Purchasing a package was the best decision I've ever made. Mary is so sweet and welcoming, the place is incredibly clean and sanitized. Saunas are well taken care of and private that allows you to relax and enjoy the heat and red light. My skin has gotten a lot better, my muscles and joints appreciate this place. I 10000% recommend this local business. The owner is so personable.

  The Infrared Saunas have helped my skin, helped to reduce my anxiety, has helped me to get a better night's sleep and has eliminated any brain fog that I have. My concentration is better, and the pain that I was experiencing in my lower back has subsided. Mary is extremely accommodating with my work schedule, and the prices at the Sewickley Sauna Shoppe are much less than some of the other places that I have been to. I highly recommend the Saunas at the Sewickley Sauna Shoppe!!
  Also, I have been doing red light therapy for roughly four weeks and I have noticed that the elasticity in my skin has improved, cellulite has reduced and my hair is thicker.
  I am thankful that the Sewickley Sauna Shoppe has came into my life!! Highly recommend!!

  I'd recently been having some stomach issues and difficulty sleeping. I went in to see Mary and slept through the night for the first time in 6 weeks! So grateful I found this gem months ago. We all have toxins in our bodies and have to get rid of them to function at our best! These saunas do it well! Thanks Mary!

  Great place in the heart of Sewickley village. I called to book a sauna appointment and the owner who I spoke to was very helpful, and even told me about a special that was going on that was cheaper. The saunas a super clean and they play spa music. It’s great to relax and re-energize. I’ve been going for a few months now and I definitely feel better after a session.
  Great for anyone with health issues like joint pain, allergies, fatigue, etc.
  Definitely more personable and in my opinion affordable than any other sauna/wellness center around. They care about their customers.
