Great Prices and the Office Staff were great. Very nice to talk to and schedule.
There were some problems. Our tent was 2.5hrs late to set up. My wedding was to be at 2pm on Saturday 10-7, they were suppose to arrive at 10am (Initially 9am when I first reserved the day at the beginning of the year, March I believe), they didn't arrive until about 12:30/1:00 and the tent wasn't completely set up before my wedding was suppose to begin. They finished abouy 2:15pm. We had family waiting to set up decor and tables at 10am, some were also late to the wedding since they had to go back to get ready for the event since the tent people were very late. A lot of my memoir wasn't able to get set up, food placement wasn't able to get set up correctly and so forth. My entire wedding setup was ruined because they couldn't go with their word.
The office staff and delivery manager were amazing getting us through this conflict and were able to work with us. I definitely would work with the Rental Place again as they were concerned to take care of their mistakes along with letting us know that this type of thing normally doesn't happen, which I have heard great things about them.

I would recommend this company. We used them for our daughter's wedding. We met with them to go over everything we were needing. We changed a few things as the wedding got closer and that was totally fine with them. They set the tent a few days prior to the event so we could decorate and hang lighting. The guys that set the tent put it up like a well oiled machine. They came 2 days after the event to pick it up which gave us plenty of time to remove all of our lighting and decorations. Everyone was very friendly and I thought the price was good.

We rented a tent and chairs for our daughters wedding ceremony. It was a beautiful tent! It was a beautiful day! The people were very helpful and good to work with.

We have rented from Seward Party Rental for the last three years and we are always Happy with the Bounce House and the Customer Service. Highly recommend and we will continue to rent from them in the future. Thank you Ryan, Bree and all!

Seward Party Rentals supplied the tent, tables, chairs, lights, and dance floor for our wedding! It was perfect and everything I could ask for. The lighting made pictures perfect, and the dance floor was well used! Haha I definitely recommend!

Seward party rentals was a great choice! They were on time and set everything up just as I wanted. They were very reasonably priced and had a variety of tents, tables and chairs for me to choose from plus extras. Everyone was curtious and kind. Thanks for making one less stress on my big day!

Our experience with Seward Party Rental was incredibly pleasant when booking and handling payments. I was grateful for their speedy response, and delivering capabilities. …However, the day of our wedding they shorted us 10 chairs which left us in quite a pickle. We gave them a ring that weekend in hopes they could fix the error before our special evening, however we didn’t receive a response. Although this was beyond disappointing, they were still agreeable to work with, and promptly issued us a refund the following business day. If seeking rental items for your special event, I would still recommend Seward… just double, triple check the correct items are being delivered!
