Amazing lighthouse, beautiful history, definitely a place to go if you're into gorgeous views and a interesting self-led tour.

Beautiful lighthouse and grounds at the end of a dead-end road. The shoreline is nice too, except for the view of Port Inland and all the zebra mussel shells. In the off-season this place is quiet!

Beautiful spot and buildings. The Tower is magnificent. Gift shop and documentary shown. Out houses and boat launch. A must see.

They give tours of the lighthouse all day. It's a beautiful, historical marker with a museum and gift shop. I proposed to my now-wife down by the shore on one visit, and took pictures and went ghost hunting there on my next trip!

Great day trip. Low cost, only $5 per adult. Fees help maintain this historic gem. Great view from the lighthouse tower!! Interesting film about the lighthouse itself and life in that era. Volunteers do a great job as well.

I ate my first glass of toast at this lighthouse. Now I enjoy chilli dogs with oyster sauce and powdered mayonnaise in milk. Please visit and try toast or the local powdered mayonnaise

If you're in the area do yourself a favor and check out Seul Choix Lighthouse! The history of the place is amazing. The hosts were extremely knowledgeable on the history and took us on a guided tour (only $5) which allows you to climb all the way to the top and lookout over Seul Choix Point. The grounds keeper maintains trails that allow you to walk out to the point. Very educational and worth the drive - I would recommend this as a must stop when visiting the Manistique area!
