  Really professional service, they treated us and our property with respect! Would definitely recommend them to anyone, they super easy to communicate with, were very considerate of scheduling needs and went above and beyond to help us. 10/10 for anyone looking for a mitigation company!

  My husband and I were very impressed and relieved by the rapid response of ServiceMaster after the rupture of a hot water pipe under our house. The company worked closely and quickly with our insurance company to address the water damage to flooring and under structures. Marcus Pernell of ServiceMaster took care of us through the entire process. His professional demeanor and his his knowledge of his profession calmed our concerns. He always came when he said he would with an extra text prior to his arrival. We were in the best of hands.

  We had water damage that ended up being an insurance claim. I can’t say enough good things about this company and the people who work for them. Elijah, especially, is an outstanding young man. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, and thorough. I will definitely be using this company if I have need of this type of service in the future.

  Highly responsive and transparent. Continual pursuit of solutions and desired outcomes. Company has hired personnel that seem to equally emphasize a balance of effective communication, expertise, and procedural diligence. I did not highlight value because I didn't evaluate the above qualities relative to a price -- just on the above qualities on their merit alone. Thanks.

  We had a malfunction in a water line to our ice maker. We are off grid. Service Master Recovery Specialists were fantastic! Kevin , Marcus, and Elijah were the three men who came out to help us out. They found the leak, set up fans and humidifiers, and monitored the situation. One of these young men came out each day to evaluate the progress. They were polite, knowledgeable, and professional in all of what they did. The goal was to dry everything without tearing down sheet rock or removing tile. They were able to accomplish this. They also handled everything with our insurance company. I hope we never need them again but if we do I would want them back again. Thank you, Kevin, Marcus, and Elijah and the young woman who answered my call. I'm sorry I don't remember your name. You all were very helpful!!!
