We had an unusual situation. We had new carpeting installed on our stairs & 2nd floor. A few days later someone came to remove our foyer tile to replace it with hardwood. They covered the doorways with flimsy plastic, but not the new carpet. The new carpet on the stairs & upper hallway turned orange with tile dust & would not vacuum out, as well as some of the old living & dining room carpet. Within 24 hours, Service Master sent a very polite technician to test a section to see if he could remove the orange dust. It worked, & he completed restoring our brand new carpet & some of the old. We really appreciate the speed & quality of the work. Thanks so much!
