  I called Service Pro for our spontaneous and simultaneously overflowing toilets & tub. They answered the phone when I called and arrived quickly. Cole was personable and persistent in resolving our problem (even when it wasn't resolving as anticipated after diagnosis). He got the job done, kept our space clean and even doubled checked our septic after resolving the clogged pipe just to make sure it wasn't a contributing factor that could cause future problems. I hope I don't need them again, but will surely call Service Pro for my plumbing needs.

  Had a plumbing emergency and Eric calmly gave me good advice over the phone. Later that same day Service Pro showed up and installed my new kitchen faucet. I also used Service Pro last year with the same results. I say call Service Pro first.

  Highly recommend Service Pro Plumbing! The owner, Grant, was quick to respond and sent out a wonderful plumber named Luke. They were prompt, professional, courteous and fixed a problem we couldn't resolve on our own. Can't recommend them enough!

  I originally went with this company because of the 5 star ratings. Grant came out about a year ago and gave us a verbal estimate on our master bath. Further down the road we decided to change directions with the master bath - so I called in October 2021 to have him come out to give an estimate on now both the master and guest bath. He gave me a verbal over the phone estimate of roughly $2690 for both baths. They came out yesterday to first do only the guest bath. The job came to $3400 for only the guest when in October it was supposed to be $1300 roughly. When we called the next day to inquire of the large increase he stated his estimates are only good for 30 days - information that would have been useful when I set up the appointment. Lesson learned is to always have your estimate in writing and it should state how long that estimate is good for. I am highly disappointed and will not use him for our master. He could have at least offered to try to take something off but did not. $2k off is ridiculous - even if your estimates are good for 30 days (which should've been relayed).

  Eric was very professional and courteous. He was able to come to our home within the same week of calling. He was able to resolve our issues with extremely high water pressure by installing a water pressure regulator. I feel like the the service may have been a little on the expensive side, but it's worth having the peace of mind that something in our home isn't going to explode soon due to high water pressure.
