  Jose and Ron did a great job finding the problem assessing what to do and fixing it in a timely and professional manner. This is my second experience with Service Genius as he replaced a roof unit on my office earlier this year with the same results. Thank you William and all the people for taking great care of me.

  This company could not have been better. They were first class from beginning to end. Kept me updated on my techs arrival time, and called the night before to reconfirm. My tech Jose was so professional and so good. Showed me what he was going to do. Covered his shoes before coming in the house. Just first class from beginning to end. I will definitely be telling my friends

  Jose showed up right on time, with a smile in his eyes (I couldn't actually see his mouth through the mask), and the smile stayed there even when I told him that I was attempting to bleach a huge dropcloth and the entire house smelled like bleach. He just chuckled and asked, "what are you doing with it?". What a nice response! Once inside, he clearly communicated everything he was doing the entire time and listened patiently to all of my questions. Even though it was pretty hot with the AC off, he was productive and kind. Such a pleasure to be around. I hope that nothing goes wrong with my AC again, but if it does, I'd be thrilled to have Jose bless our home again!

  Very courteous Customer service. Technician ( Jose ) was extremely informative and very polite, which I appreciate immensely. Technician practiced effective safety precautions (gloves,mask,shoe coverings) when entering my home. The A/C tune up service is a good value.Thank you. A/C feels fresh.

  The office associate John was very professional and helpful. He kept me updated with everything and told me that he would until the job was complete. The techs that came out to the house Eduardo and Bryan were very pleasant professional and helpful. They assured me that my system was working correctly and there was no need to worry about the condensation drip. They said they were just a phone call away if we needed them. Awesome job. Oh Yeah!
