I am a retired military spouse who has traveled the world and visited MANY medical spas. Serenity Medical Spa here at the lake is hands down the BEST I’ve ever experienced. After living here for several years/being a regular customer and using their facial products/services, I have other spas (while on vacation) tell me, “Keep doing what you are doing, because your skin looks and feels amazing!).
