  I have used Seredni several times without any problems. I took my truck in for a power window motor problem and this is the finished outcome when i complained they told me that was the way it was when it came in. Which was a lie, I think I would have noticed the switch panel pulled away from the door panel.

  I like the Ironbridge location, the others not so much because of problems with staff. But Loretta and her team always take good care of me and my mom and make sure the job is done right at a reasonable price, when others have messed things up. Thank you!

  Thanks. Great fast service!! Saved a ton of money. Got a price from the dealer to replace wheel bearing for 800.00. Seredni did it for 350. Thanks again!! Will send all my friends. Thank you Seredni!!!

  Absolute worst experience with any service provider that I have ever had. Do not take your vehicle to this place. We had an 8:30 a.m. appointment to have tires changed on two different vehicles, and as soon as we arrived they said it would take 4 hours. I can understand the service taking some time to complete; however, the first vehicle was not even put into the garage until about 10:30, and that was after I (the customer) contacted another company to assist them in their process. Furthermore, the second vehicle did not get into the garage until 12:30, and after they completed the service they parked the vehicle at the end of the shop, and left the keys in the vehicle vice returning them to the front desk so the customer could be notified. We could hear the gentlemen working the front desk quietly talking with his fellow staff about inducting our vehicle into the maintenance cycle, and it was very obvious he had no sense of urgency in taking care of us (the customer). I am very disappointed, and I do not recommend you utilize this business for any of your service needs. Go somewhere else.
  
  If any local, regional, or cooperate managers are reading this please realign the behavior, and conduct of the employees at this service station.

  I went in last week to replace tires on my car. They did everything they could to find a leak I suspected came with the tires and were unable to find anything wrong. I was ready to pay. They wouldn't even talk about new tires because there was nothing wrong with the ones on the car. This is why I love Loretta Seredni and her staff. They have yet to milk me for money and never leave me stranded or uncertain with my vehicles. They have taken good care of me for 7 years and I trust them, which I don't easily do.

  Just bought a set of bfg's from them the best place to buy tires. There's no one better on prices then Seredni tire. They have great & fast service to.
