  About 8 mo. ago, we changed our IT services contractor to Sequentur. I have been extremely satisfied with their services and the entire team. They bend over backwards to satisfy the customer and are all so incredibly professional and competent. The quality of their service is just "out the roof!"

  I've had a computer issue that was random and could not figure out what was going on. These folks kept at it until the solution was found and now my computer is working very well. They were polite and professional. The technician I dealt with knew his business, I could tell he was not trying to figure out what to do by doing a Google search. He went through the proper steps to figure out what was going on and to eliminate various factors. Good guys to work with.

  Sequentur is our remote IT company and I highly recommend them. Every one of our tickets is answered in a timely and professional manner. We have used many of the Engineers, but the main guy we request is James Higgins. Can't recommend him enough! Absolute top-notch knowledge and service.
