  Just trying to give my thoughts of septic blue service I received. quick summary everything was great except price. If price is an issue to you, please continue reading.
  
  I liked almost everything from start to finish. Their customer service is great. The reminder system they use is neat. The text message system is awesome. The technician service was very professional and great. My only complaint is price.
  
  Their prices for normal septic tank pumping falls around other companies prices. This is how everyone compares. The problem is some add on services I feel on the high side.
  
  To note a few points of interest. To mix up the crust on top of the septic tank cost an additional $300. I was recommended to clean a 6-8 foot PVC pipe with a high pressure hose. That was another $300. In all, what I thought would be around $300 in total for the septic tank pumping ended up being over $1500. I followed all recommendations because I felt the technician was correct on all services he recommended.
  
  This is why I give 4 star rating because of the price issue. I didn’t say no to anything because I had the money and liked the service I received. In the end I do recommend Septic Blue. Just expect to pay extra add ons and not
  $300 total out the door.

  I called Septic Blue with an issue, I wasn't 100% sure what it was other than this horrible gurgling sound. Adam was out to help in no time, He was very knowledged on what he was doing and explained everything extremely well, broke down pricing and repairs that were going to be done to make sure I understood and could make the correct decision to what I could afford. He also went over what should be done after to maintain proper maintenance.
  Thank you again Adam. I would most Definitely recommend you guy..
  Hopefully I won't need to reach out soon, But if I have any questions I know who to call.

  The serviceman, Daniel, was very helpful. He was very polite and professional and answered all my questions and explained things very well. I felt like I had a much better idea of how the septic system works and how I can maintain it better over time. Would highly recommend.

  Blown away by the level of service Mike Latham and Septic Blue provided. Mike was on time, explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions in an engaged way. It was very evident Mike is passionate about the environment and he educated me on what products would be best to use going forward and what to avoid. There was complete transparency about pricing, what options were available and recommendations for short term and long term use. I will highly recommend Mike and Septic Blue to anyone having any issues with their septic system. He was able to diagnose, treat, and complete all repairs same day for what I was experiencing. Such a relief and weight off my mind, thank you!

  Daniel was such a hard worker and yet took time to explain exactly why he was doing what he did. He was sure to explain issues and get permission for unexpected problems. I feel secure knowing my septic system will work efficiently for several years. Highly recommend this company!
