  Genevieve J was the best salesman (woman) she was so professional. She explained why the system she was recommending would be the right system for me. She showed me the process from contract signing to project completion in a way that I totally understood. I would recommend Semper Solaris and Genevieve.   Our initial consultation with Brian Roble was as much educational as it was helpful in choosing the right system for our home. Very upfront and didn't try to sell us on something we didn't need. The installation was completed in a day, and they cleaned up after themselves so well, you wouldn't know they were there. Since the system was turned on, it's working great, even this late in the year.

  Our salesperson Corey K. listened to our needs and created a system that took into account our future needs. Ashley S. and Kristine H. from the office ensured approvals and permitting went without a hitch as well as a smooth lease process. Drew and Crew performed the install in a day, leaving everything neat and color matched perfectly.
  Jim J. ensured we were kept up to date on the process, ensured we were on line and that the monitoring was up and running.
  Having the capability to communicate with each of these associates by phone, e-mail and text, was instrumental in such a smooth process.

  Semper was top notch all the way through! Went with them because they were local and had great reviews (now I know why). Genevieve came out and absolutely sold it for us. She is thorough, knowledgeable and answered all our questions and got us a great deal offering all our options with full transparency. The rest of the process was quick and easy. Mark, John and Daniel made the install painless with constant communication and even overcame a couple of unexpected small things without any issues. The final product shows the quality of their work. The happiest moment was flipping the breaker switch and watching the meter reverse. It continues to be a joy to see the daily production with all of the sunshine out here in El Cajon. Thanks Semper Solaris!

  Got a couple quotes from other companies and Semper Solaris definitely offered a much better product with a better price and warranty. Genevieve is super knowledgeable of both the panels, the benefits of their installation policies and warranties, and overall need of personal power requirements. She's been doing this a while and it's very apparent she knows what she's doing. She cares about the needs of the client and ultimately does what will not only save you the most money but give you the highest quality system. I feel like the other reps from other solar companies were a bit robotic, so it was great to talk to someone that understood what I was asking and I could have a conversation with. Thank you Genevieve! Will definitely recommend any friends interested in solar your way.

  I am very pleased with Semper Solaris & all employees I had contact with. Corey set me up with solar and I am very happy with everything he did. Jim, project manager, Laura & Trevor kept me informed all the way. The installers were all very polite & good at their job. They did a perfect installation.   As a U.S. Navy Veteran, I am very skeptical of these companies. My first impression with Semper Solaris was questionable and assumed that they are just any other solar companies. I was wrong. I called to make an appointment and the person on the phone was courteous, professional and set me up with their representative on my earliest convenience. My representative was Genevieve and she is as straight forward and professional as you can get. She is very punctual and knows a lot about solar including what I needed, nothing more nothing less. She evaluated our electricity usage and the amount of electricity and set me up with the best system in the market backed by an outstanding warranty and workmanship. She gave us the best deal that no other solar company can match. I was very relieved that I thought I could never afford a system like these. With SDG&E always increasing their fees, it is time to invest in a more greener, more sustainable energy like solar. I will highly recommend Semper Solaris to anyone needing solar for their home. Top Notch Solar Company!

  Anyone interested in going solar should do it. Semper Solaris is the company you should choose. They were very affordable, professional, friendly, and timely. We have saved so much going to solar. Our knowledgeable salesman chose perfectly the amount of panels we needed. Staff all the way through has been really helpful. Unfortunately we are moving but I would say that having solar really helped sell the house. Nobody wants to pay the electric companies more than they have to. We are going to put solar panels on our next house and will most definitely be using Semper Solaris again.

  Yes, Semper Solaris is as GOOD as it gets! We had been considering solar for quite some time and had, had presentations by at least 3 or 4 other companies. Earlier this year, a good friend of ours introduced us to Semper Solaris as their company for the system they have had for over a year and they couldn't recommend them more highly.
  
  We contacted their salesperson Hayden Nix and he was the most knowledgeable of any that we had seen or spoken to. He took time to make sure all my questions were answered and went out of his way to help me understand why an American made Sunpower system while not the least expensive is the best for quality, reliability and return on investment.
  
  Like any large scale project we had a few bumps along the way, however everyone at Semper we dealt with was excellent, (true 5 star service) and their goal was to make sure we were happy in all aspects of the project from start to completion. They went out of their way going above and beyond to take care of everything to our complete satisfaction and make those bumps however slight they were disappear. The care and professionalism they exhibited was beyond what I could hope to have expected. Their quality of their installation is amazing. I have many neighbors who have solar and not a one of them looks as good as my installed system from the layout of pipes to the solar and electrical panels to stucco and paint repair they simply did a beautiful job from rip up to clean up they are superb. Special mention and thanks to Veronica, Kim, Russell, George, Alex and Patrick. Semper is very fortunate to have these people on their team!
  
  If your even only just starting to think about going solar, don't go any farther without putting this veteran owned and America 1st company and their pride and care for what they do up for your consideration, I simply cannot recommend them more highly!

  Have had my panels now up for about 2 weeks and want to commend how amazing this company is. From the original meeting to the installation and follow up, they are top notch. Genevieve our sales rep was amazing and Trevor our project manager kept us informed all along the way. We were originally set to go with Solar City and right before signing noticed how bad their ratings were so we reached out to Semper Solaris and I am so glad we did. They have a better product , cheaper price, and their customer service is on point. I highly recommend them to anyone as they are amazing!!

  Nothing more to really say, but the company is great! I had some unfortunate events happen with Herca Solar going out of business and leaving me hanging with a few small issues. I called around to a couple places and Semper was the most helpful, they listened, and worked with me. They came out the next day and everything appears to be up 100%. Greatly appreciate all that they have done!

  From start to finish we were extremely pleased with our project.
  
  Laura Poirier is very knowledgeable and explained all the details of the product and the processes of getting or solar system installed.
  
  She sold us on the product and the installation as we were considering a do it yourself install.
  
  Trevor Decker as the Project Manager kept us informed of each phase of the installation and inspection process.
  
  Installed on a Saturday by a great group of veterans, inspection bought off the following Tuesday and Permission to Operate from SDG&E the next day! I don't think that's typicality completed that fast so we were pleased!

  Excellent experience from start to finish. My entire system was completely installed in less than 30 days from my first contact with Semper Solaris. The process was explained to me very accurately from all personnel involved and then they executed the plan flawlessly. I will confidently refer my friends to Semper Solaris!

  My solar installation went without a hitch from start to finish - no hidden costs and the project was completed well within the projected timeline. Dustin was my first contact with the company and I was very impressed by his honesty, knowledge, helpfulness, and straightforwardness. Mark was the project manager and he continuously followed up to ensure the job went well and was meeting my expectations. When I experienced a small problem related to a particular circuit breaker that wouldn't reset, Mark immediately dispatched a worker to resolve it that very same day. I have worked with several contractors over the years for projects at my home and my small business so I can appreciate the differences in the levels of customer service provided by various contractors. On a scale of 1 to 10, Semper Solaris has earned a solid 10 in my book. Their attention to detail, the quality of their work, and their timely follow-up to any questions or concerns I had was simply outstanding.
