Overall we had a great stay here. The location is perfect in a extremely quiet open area on a peninsula next to Canada. The rooms are extremely comfy and the food in the restaurants was outstanding. The prices are a bit high for the food but nothing outrageous. My only reason I took a star away was 1) Some minor details seemed overlooking the rooms. By this I mean I noticed little screws or bolts missing from various fixtures and it was just enough for me to notice the lack of attention to detail. 2) The doors and or walls are extremely thin. There were multiple loud neighbors late at night and security sounded busy since they were constantly trying to quiet the guests.

If you have some time to relax, this is a great place. I just recommend you get a room that is a little more isolated if able.

Really neat place. Excellently staffed. Everyone treated us like royalty. The location is very scenic and historical. Food is top notch un the two different restaurants. Pet friendly as well.

This place is a hidden gem! Breath taking views, and just far enough away from Seattle to be an easy weekend get away. It feels like you’re a million miles away, but an easy drive. The property has so much to offer - walking paths along the water, fires on the beach at night, and so much more.

Beautiful ocean views. Really cool that there are games like volleyball and horseshoes outside to play. Really good food and beer. The plumbing needs a bit of work in the rooms and I would recommend not even going to the pool. The shower rooms are bad.

Beautiful surroundings in a lovely lodge. You can watch seals play in the harbour while you dine on very good cuisine. The staff are energetic and friendly. Service is exceptional! The spa was great. A perfect place shake off the drudges of a hectic life!

Semiahmoo to the rescue! My friends were forced to switch the location of their wedding at the last minute due to a wildfire. The end result was an amazing weekend and one of the best weddings I've ever been to. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The waterfront view from our room was stunning. Comfiest beds and fair sized rooms. S'mores by the ocean and several on site restaurants to choose from with great food. Would definitely recommend this place! Was a weekend for the books!

Beautiful resort by the ocean I attended a wedding at this resort and it was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and accomdating and the scenery was gorgeous. The room I stayed looked a bit old but other than that I have no complains. FYI Google map doesn't direct you to the right place, so instead of typing the address just search the resort name.

Spent our 18th anniversary weekend at the resort. Great location and the views are astounding. The resort grounds are beautiful, however the rooms are showing a little wear and tear that could use to some attention to make this resort stellar (5-star). Food is good. Staff is awesome. We will be back again

Beautiful, full service resort located at the end of a spit right next to the US-Canada border. Its location means the resort is surrounded on three sides by peaceful waters. Lots of nearby activities to keep you busy including a outstanding golf course and great spa. Service from resort staff is extremely friendly. Only downside is that the rooms, while comfortable, are starting to show their age a bit in appearance. Given how much there is to do in the area you won't be spending much time in the room. Bring your passport and plan a day trip to Canada to get the most out of your stay in the area.

It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. When we checked, there was a mix up with the reservations. We made appointments to have a few spa treatments and when we went to check in, we weren't on the schedule. The spa manager re-arranged some of the worker's schedule to accommodate our request, which was very nice. They fixed any issues we had. BUT THEN, while we were having our spa treatment, my friend's stuff (cell phone, purse, wallet, clothes) got STOLEN from her LOCKED locker. When we brought to the staff's attention, they didn't act surprised or with any compassion. Just the opposite, the "acting manager" asked my friend about how she would be paying for the services we just had. We had to file a police report.
It's too bad because this place would have been a place that we would have used for many years as a getaway. However, after the way the staff and the "acting manager" treated my friend and I, we will NEVER go back.

Our room was clean and comfy. Got a great off-season deal, enjoyed the quiet, and used the resort as a base for adventures in Bellingham and Vancouver. My only complaint is the lack of good inexpensive food nearby.

Accommodations were good for the price. At night they have a fire pit on the beach which is novel. Going to the non-reservations bar for meals left something to be desired, but we enjoyed breakfast in the main dining area. Not alot of activities in the Blaine area, but a heated pool in winter was nice.

Views are absolutely stunning. Very pretty resort. Service is quite good. Room was a little basic. TV was situated in a strange spot in the room. Very recommended though.
