  This place has soft earth, but it's become very dirty over time and I'm not sure how often it gets cleaned. I usually take my dog to schuykill, I come here only when I don't have time to go elsewhere

  Only you can ensure that your dog is safe and has a good time. Watch your dog at all times and take them out if their tail isn't up and wagging.
