  I live in Las Vegas and I'm being referred by a friend who lives in Cleveland. I'll be ordering for a funeral this coming Saturday. I'm hoping everything works out because I don't need any disappointments at this time. Thanks for your reviews.

  Placed an order online on Friday for Saturday delivery. Great communication and the arrangement exceeded expectations. I loved that I could add a couple of balloons at a reasonable cost -- great value and service. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

  We placed an order for flower arrangement Friday, and on the website, we were able to select the option to pick the flower up at 4pm Saturday. However, they notified us via email around 12PM, an hour before their supposed closing time that the flower is done and ready to pick up. We were both at work at that time, so did not see the email until the store is closed. Now looking back, we realized that the store hours for Saturday, but if that was the case, then we should not have been allowed to select for a 4pm pick up time on the website. And, it would be great if the store would have called us seeing that the flowers were not picked up, or seeing the time that we picked from the website. The flowers were meant for our family member's birthday present, and we were planning on picking it up before traveling 4-5 hours to see that person. Now we have to travel with nothing. Not the best customer service. Definitely will not order flower arrangements from them again. If you are looking for a flower shop, and still decides to go with this store, look at this store's hours, since their website do not reflect them, and they will not notify you on time if you select a wrong time. OR, you can look elsewhere with better service, maybe even better price and arrangements.

  Disappointed valentines day present!
  
  I live in Germany so l could only browse for a somewhat good reviewed Florist that offers delivery as part of their services.
  I chose Segelin's and placed an order of 115,56 euros for flowers and little presents for my wife.
  Two days prior to the delivery date l got a mail requiring for the recipient's number which I sent ASAP irrespective of the 6 hour time difference.
  Val's day came and nothing was delivered so l expected at least a mail update or a next day delivery.
  I mailed Cindee who introduced herself as manager and she couldn't help because she wasn't at work. Sent a message to the customer care team and also being ignored.
  All l want is my money back as I received ZERO services!!!!

  The worst customer service in the entire city of Cleveland, I ordered a flower arrangement online to be delivered the next day, and when I called to confirm my order, Colleen was super rude and told me that the flowers would be delivered until 3 in the afternoon. i asked if they could accelerated the delivery and she rude again saying there is nothing she can do so I told her i would like to my order and she say ok and hang up without apologizing for the delay and without explaining anything about my refund, this is how they treat clients apparently they forgot that without clients they would not have business.,
  now every time i try to call to ask about my refund the call go to a call center and they keep saying someone will call me from the store, i still waiting for the call its been 3 day.
  
  I work for Cleveland Clinic main campus and I promise that I will make sure that everyone in the hospital knows the terrible service about this place

  Every over priced spent $160 on 2 small Bouquet of flowers that I would have paid maybe 20 bucks a piece at a grocery store. The owner Scott was not professional and took 3 days to reply to my concerns was told if we did not like it then that was tough and there was nothing he was going to do about it.

  Segelin's recently did an absolutely beautiful job for our son's wedding! Less than 2 weeks before the wedding, the bride was notified flowers ordered could not be delivered. After checking florists in the Cleveland area, (I am from out of town), Segelin's was recommended to us. They were wonderful! Scott, the manager and designer created a unique and lovely bride's bouquet to include an antique ring once worn by the groom's great grandmother. He added special detail to bouquets and arrangements. The shop offers excellent customer service and any calls were responded to in a prompt manner.
  I highly recommend Segelin's florist for its unique and extraordinary floral designs with a personal touch!!

  Quaint and charming neighborhood florist. Exquisite and unique arrangments. Top quality flowers. Stayed fresh a long time. Courteous and helpful staff. Very friendly and intimate. Good personal service. Reliable delivery.

  My experience left a lot to be desired. I was out of the country, traveling and I ordered online. I never received an email confirmation or a delivery notice. Just a notice from my credit card company that a transaction was processed.
  
  I placed the order on a Thursday afternoon. I followed up via phone call at 2pm. I was told they're delivered or in route. I later found out It was delivered Friday at 4pm. This was an office building in downtown Clev. I wouldn't think Friday at 4pm is possibility for an office building.
  
  She ended up not receiving the flowers until the following week. To their credit, their delivery policy states that most orders will be delivered between 2-5pm. I've never sent flowers that showed up in the afternoon. I didn't know that was a "thing". There was also no option for AM delivery because I would have selected that. They must assume each customer clicks "About Us > Delivery Policy ".
  
  When I arrived back in the country, I called them to check delivery status. It was a Saturday at 9:20am. I was told they'd call me back shortly after being on hold for 10 minutes. At 12:15pm they called me back to say they were delivered but not sure when. I found out the following week that it was 4pm from building security/reception.
  
  Also, the flowers had no "flower food" with them. So take that for what it's worth.
  
  That being said, I wouldn't order from them in the future because that's not an acceptable time frame for me. I'll seek a vendor that delivers flowers in the AM while providing better email confirmations & follow up. When spending $100 on flowers, I expected more. I guess I should have read all their policies & reviews. I would have moved on to another vendor at that moment.

  I want to say that I was disappointed, I should have gone to another florist. I ordered these flowers and for only an hour in display at the office it wilted like this. How did this happen I do not know. I noticed that they were already wilted and when you delivered it you might have designed it to look as perfect. But after an hour you cannot hide such tricks. The stems of these wilted plants will always show. To think this was expensive. I was ripped off big time.

  BEST FLOWER ARRANGEMENT & GIFT BASKET I HAD EVER SEEN!!! My friend was admitted to Cleveland Clinic and I sent a Large Fresh Flowers Designer arrangement with a gift basket of chocolates. When I placed my order the staff could not have been friendlier! My friend and family was extremely happy with the Fresh Flower Designer Arrangement & Gift Basket. I would highly recommend using Segelin's Florist . Very Professional and helpful. OUTSTANDING FLOWER DESIGN!!!!

  The arrangements always are full with fresh flowers and so beautiful. My favorite time of the year to order are the Christmas arrangements. I have not seen anything comparable! Highly recommend!!

  BEST FLOWER ARRANGEMENT & GIFT BASKET I HAD EVER SEEN!!! My friend was admitted to Cleveland Clinic and I sent a Large Fresh Flowers Designer arrangement with a gift basket of chocolates. When I placed my order the staff could not have been friendlier! My friend and family was extremely happy with the Fresh Flower Designer Arrangement & Gift Basket.   We had ordered flowers from Segelins florist and was VERY VERY disappointed. The flowers looked nothing like what was pictured and were old flowers. The quality was not there whatsoever. Would not recommend Segelins Florist in Cleveland, Ohio at all. If you order from TeleFlorist or any florist like that, please specify not to place order with Segelins.
