SecureVideo's roots are in behavioral health. When looking to incorporate telehealth in their practice, our founders wanted a HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing system that used a clinical workflow, was easy to use for their patients, and included a support team they could actually talk to. When they couldn't find an affordable service with all of these components, they partnered with technology experts and built the company they had wanted to find.
