    My refrigerator just died went to sears hometown store they helped me get one quickly. Got it home before any food spoiled one happy customer !!

    My mother in law purchased a mower about 13 no ago had to get repaired last summer took about 8 weeks to get back it wouldn't start to begin with didn't use it due to getting it back to late in season tried to start today same problem now they want me to take to their repair shop. Not going to happen. Mother in law is in her 80s is this really how they treat our senior citizens really bad business

    Horrible place to deal with. Purchased a lawnmower from there and it broke. Took it in and was told that it would be covered under warranty and they would take care of it. Seth told me we would have it back in a week or so and that it would be shipped to Olean for repair. Its been two weeks and I had to call them to check on status. Shana (sp?) indicates that they have not sent it out yet because they need to get a minimum number of mowers before they will ship them out. We have to wait until other people bring their mowers in to get fixed before they will ship them out. Shana is unapologetic and says she has no control over the situation. She suggested that I take the mower over to Olean, but, when I asked her if she was going to reimburse me for the travel she said "probably not". Horrible service.
