Sears replaced my old high wheeled trimmer with a new one under my repair agreement. Then, the local store reps. took back another trimmer I had just purchased, that I wasn't satisfied with, no questions asked! Very satisfied.
The repairmen was excellent. Also helped me get the renewal of my service contract.
Hope if every I need service again, that I get the same person.
The maintenance person did nothing but look at the inside of the lip of the washer. Set the time of arrival 8-12 to wait for him to get here. He was here at 12:00 and did nothing. He was to also look at my refrigerator and because there was a small part that needed to be replaced in the ice maker (which I pointed out, he said maintenance people don't carry parts which I said that was fine) he proceeded to leave without doing any maintenance. After arguing with me that he couldn't do any maintenance with a part that needed to be replaced I said that didn't make any sense. At that point all I wanted him to do is what he was suppose to do and that was just the maintenance. Very upsetting to me and I finally asked him to leave my home because he became threatening.
My refrigerator stopped working early July, so I called Sears since as part of the policy we had 'emergency' service. I was told that the Scheduling Group would call me within 24 hrs since they understood that without a frig you don't have food. I waited a few days..No call. I called again and was told the same thing...No call. I called again and was told the same thing...No call...No Emergency Service so finally I accepted an appointment was set for Aug. 10th. There was a local power outage so the technician didn't arrive. I called again, and was told August 15th. The technician finally got here and did an excellent job. It was over a month of waiting regardless of the 'emergency service' guarantee...very disappointing.
A great appliance repair, a great service person. Kept us in the loop as to where he was and how soon he would be here. Courteous, and informative. Very knowledgeable of our product and also of your Home Warranty that you offer to customers. Would not hesitate to call again for any needs we may have with our Sears appliances or any others covered by our newly purchased warranty.
Your technician arrived and went to work right away. His troubleshooting skills are superb so he was able to find a "crimped" wire that had probably been there since the unit was manufactured. Thanks to him, we weren't required to find and purchase a new component, then reschedule a technician for a second trip. Kudos to your technician and the fine service he provided us.
Excellent. Right on time and most professional. In addition to solving the problem he walked me through a homeowner's maintenance checklist to make sure I was doing everything correctly. Terrific job on his part.
Armand was a great serviceman. He did an excellent job, was professional and courteous. the previous serviceman, Kevin, was ineffective. He did not listen to me and the concerns I had about the ice maker not working properly. He said there was nothing wrong with the ice maker, which had a problem with decreased production in ice cubes in the past couple months. He said he had never heard of anything like that happening. Also, it would have been great if I had his supervisor's name and telephone number. I can only call using the general 800 number with no name.
Service Repairman was quick and confident in diagnosing my Dryer problem. Awaiting part to complete service!
Update; Repair completed without any incidence or delays! Dryer works well! Thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly service repairman!
Horrible..... I have placed a call for service 5 times on the same problem. They have replaced 3 parts and still I get the same error code and washer does not work. I have been without a washer for 3 weeks now. I am under warranty and would like to request a new washer since they can't seem to fix mine!
Our repair man was courteous prompt and knowledgeable. He ordered the replacement part on his first visit so that it would be here when he came back. We were first on the list of repairs on his second visit and he was here early and has the job completed quickly. I think the service was great as service should be.

We had a Sears service man named Armand come to our home. It was the first time we had a person who could check all 3 of our appliances. Washer, dryer and fridge. He was very professional and easy to deal with. He recommended that we check into the "home" plan and get all our appliances covered which I plan on doing.
