  My experience at Sears was great. I was a little impatient waiting for them to finish, but I was grateful at the end. All good things take time. I was thankful that they took the time to do a great job and didn't rush to do a mediocre or less job. My car seems great now. I am very pleased.

  There aren't many deals it's just an average store with normal retail prices items the reason I'm giving it a 2 is because my mother wanted to return 2 jackets because they smelled like gasoline (we had the receipt)and the lady was going to take them and give them out money back but out of nowhere the manager came in and didn't want to give us a refund because it didn't have the ticket on the jacket and I was just mind blown in every store I've been into they have always taken back the clothes without the ticket apparently they couldn't give us our money because they "don't know how much it's worth or what item it was from the store" so that's why I'm giving them a two

  Everyone is super nice and amazing; they are hard workers and have a great attitude even when customers are being complete idiots and assholes !!! Great job everyone who works there

  Rude sales people. Poor customer sevice. No one can answer your questions. Or give you any kind of help. Will never shop at sears again This is the Dalton. Ga store

  Trying to call and no one answers for about 5 mins I hang up and call back and they pick it up and hang up on me. Not professional at all
