Beautiful and well keep grounds. Several RV sites are large, so you do not have the other campers too closed. The campground has been developed to have the RV on the inside and the tents on the outside. The campground is quiet even though it is just off Route 1. The grass is beautifully green. Fire pit and picking table at every site. Firewood is delivered and trash is picked up to your site. Perfect for sightseeing the coast. There is a lot of low speed roads perfect from cycling between the campground (Route 1) and the beach from Portsmouth to Hampton. Just about 15 minutes by car from Hampton Beach. Unfortunately no swimming pools. Very good price quality.

We stayed for Two nights on our vacation. The restrooms were immaculate and the showers were clean though we didn't use them. Our site#13 was plenty large enough for our 20 ft camper but we stuck out into the road while hooking up. Water ,electric and sewer hookups were fine. We had a fire both nights and the firewood was delivered to the site. We spent most of our time sightseeing the coast. The staff was friendly and the park was quiet both nights even though we were just off Route 1. If we ever pass thru here again we will stay here.

Terribly rude "security gaurd". And grumpy regulars in campers that don't want to hear anything more than breathing after 10pm.

We had a party of ten, paid the rate for two campsites plus 10$ per additional adult AND a fee for having more than one tent on each site. When we mentioned that it was redundant they simply told us that is wasn't.

Then we're sitting at the fire at 10:30pm just talking (remember there is 10 people here) and the so called security guard came up and screamed at us to pack it all up and leave. We managed to talk him down and put the fire out and went to bed so we could stay. But I will never return.

Also, this so called security guard that was a 60+ year old man nearly stuck his head into the girls bathroom to tell a group of 10-12 year olds to quiet down the following night. Just isn't okay. Don't go anywhere near the open door on the woman's bathroom if you're an adult male.

Love this campground and plan on spending a lot of time there. The staff is incredibly kind and always ready to help. Wood is delivered to the site and trash is picked up regularly. You don't see this exceptional service anymore. Very refreshing! Especially love the area where the campers are on the inside and the tents are on the outside because it creates an opportunity to meet people and I did meet a lot of wonderful people. Loved that. The grass is beautifully green and soft. My Mum told me I found gold and she's right :)

AMAZING PLACE. The bathrooms are beyond clean.. LIKE NOT EVEN A BUG IN THE WINDOW CLEAN! I loved it! TOILETS WERE CLEANER than most any I HAVE SEEN! Cute little campsites. Had a tent site and am 100 percent coming back!

Had a great 6 days at the campground. The front desk is so welcoming an nice when you arrive and all the help they have is awesome. We have been coming to the campground now for 4 years and have always had a great time. Love site 54 that we have had 2 years in a row an was sad to hear today when we left that they are selling the campground. Hopefully the people who buy it are as nice as the owners now. Thank you all for such great times we have had. Even being 8 in a half months pregnant my family an I had a great time. Thanks from Heather al an jakobi Davidson.

Our third time at this campground, and haven't been disappointed yet! Well maintained grounds, clean bath facilities, and a friendly staff make this a great place to camp. Some folks don't really care for the strict rules for quiet time (to each his own), but we really appreciated the quiet relaxation under the stars at night.
