Called to ask about installing a new screen I purchased online and was told no one will do that kind of job because the screens sold online are cheap quality. Absolute liar. I've had it done before in Chula Vista but was looking to get it done near my work Downtown this time. The guy who answered the phone was rude and told me that type of job is not worth his time unless I had 3000 screen replacements to give him. This place is a joke. Never getting any business from me.

I had a really great experience at SD Cell Phone Repair Professional iPhone Repair. They are professional, honest, and timely. My daughter wanted her tablet fixed after dropping it, and we were advised of our options (one of which was buying a new tablet instead of getting it repaired). I respect integrity & honesty. We got that here!

They fixed the screen I had broken fairly quickly - however the quote I received over the phone and email confirmation was suddenly $30 more when I came to the store. It was fixed the next day after ordering the screen and they confirmed it by email it was ready that evening. Following day I picked it up and it was wrapped in rubber bands. I was asked to keep the rubber bands for 1 hour before removing. I kept them longer. Then only few days later the phone is breaking apart from the back panel. No response to my email about this. Cannot recommend.

Fair prices and while I was in the owner turned away a customer and told her it would be cheaper to get a new phone rather than take her money which I thought was really decent of him. Recommended.
