The choice of scrubs was wonderful!! The attitude of the store attendant was terrible. She was rude during the entire $220.00 purchase! If I would have known of the other choices available I would not have gave this store any business!!

Do not shop here. They have scrubs marked as one size but it's actually 3 sizes larger. They didn't even have the courtesy to swap it out for me. Not the best costumer service in my opinion.

Had the worst customer service experience with the manager of this store today. A couple weeks ago I came in and placed an order for some scrubs they didn't currently have in-store. When I asked how long it would take to get in, the manager told me about 3-5 business days. It's now after the 9th business day, so I called to check on my order. After being on hold for 5 minutes and having to call the store back again, the manager tells me that my scrubs were on back order when they placed the order. I asked the manager if anyone was ever going to call and let me know this, and literally all she said was, "I guess not." I've worked in customer service my entire working life and that is not how you handle situations like this, especially as the manager. A simple apology and recognition of customer service failure on her part would have made this a much different experience for me. But unfortunately the manager here has no manners and no respect for her customers' time or experience with her business. Highly recommend you shop somewhere better.

Service is amazing! And they have a tall rack! It was love at first sight! Prices are great too!

Rosetta provides great service with great scrubs and uniforms. I will recommend her to all of my friends and family in the medical field.
