The service I received at this store was HORRIBLE!! Ordered a set of uniforms in mid October 16', came in early November and they were they were the wrong size. No communication was conducted between the store and myself. I needed the uniform by November 14 to which they could no comply with. I wanted to return my order and try to find them in stock at another uniform store in the area but the sales person informed me of their "NO RETURN" policy. I could accept that if "I" ordered the wrong size but in this case their supplier delivered the wound size. After some further discussion with the sales clerk, with no satisfaction, I requested to talk to the store manager. Of course, the manager doesn't work weekends so the sales person called them on the phone. The Mgr gave me the same story about the return policy but I thusly informed them that they didn't fulfill their part of the contract by providing me with the correct goods. The Mgr got irated and told me that they would accept the return then told me that "don't ever shop in this store again"!!
In my opinion, they really don't even deserve a one star rating :(.response / report this review
