  Mistakes happen. It's important to note that Screens and Things addressed all of my issues and I now have a well-built sliding screen that exceeded my expectations. They stood behind their product and I'm very happy with the results. In hindsight, there are a couple of issues that prevented me giving a 5 star. It took several calls just to get a quote for my screen and I did not initially get the product I ordered. I hope this was an isolated case and I appreciated Mr. Alexich's comments and action. Yes, I would recommend this company.

  Took my old sliding door screen to have a new one made. It took several days to get a quote after calling several times. Ordered heavy duty parts and screen with steel rollers. Kind of pricey but I wanted something that will last. Had to borrow a pickup to get door. The screen did not match what I ordered. They had to redo screen while I wait. Once home the steel roller did not work. I now have to borrow a pick up to return the door for repair. They did explain that they will have to take the door apart to replace rollers. Not even a week yet. Not very happy. I'm willing to pay for good service and a good door. Still an open issue.

  Was in a time bind and they went over and beyond to accomadate me. I was so pleased I tried to offer a tip and their response was no, we like to help people. It's so nice to see that kind of Aloha! Chee. Mahalo screens and things.

  Amazingly fast service, I was in and out. Highly recommend this place for quick, small jobs. Mahalo Screens and Things!
