  Edit: The leak was indeed from the shower valve. The entire shower didn't need replacing. The 2nd plumber that came thought I hired an incompetent handyman the first time.
  
  Have used Scott's several times in the past, but didn't have a great experience this time around. Jeff, unfortunately, wasn't the right person for the job. My water heater leaks when the guest shower is used. He determined the water was actually coming from the wall behind the water heater. He tells me he has to cut the wall out to access the situation. He cuts a space above the water heater and doesn't see the shower valve or any other pipes for that matter. We walk back in the house, and he goes back into the bathroom. The shower head valve would share the living room wall. He takes out the measuring tape to determine where it should be. He asks if water is leaking in the living room. I say no, only the garage. He still checks the living room wall, baseboards, and carpet. He then says the entire bathroom shower needs to be replaced because the leak is coming from a pipe behind the wall. We determined that before he cut the wall above the water heater, though. He tells me that Scott Kitchen and Bath could replace the shower, and they would install new pipes to fix the issues. I pay him $150 for cutting the wall. He set up an appointment for All Dry to access the water damage, and I mentioned the leak isn't fixed yet. He says not to take any showers. All Dry comes out and wouldn't give a quote because the leak isn't fixed yet. Maybe if the wall was cut lower, he could have revealed the pipe and repaired it. So I'm looking for a new plumber to get a second opinion.

  They were prompt with the response and out to the house within the hour. It was a little more expensive than I had originally expected, but after looking at the quality of workmanship for the repairs, it was clear you get what you pay for. The technician, Blake, did an outstanding job. Top quality repair jobs that'll probably outlast the house.

  Holy Smokes! I’m blown away by the kindness, availability, punctuality, and helpfulness of this company! The lady I spoke to on the phone was so kind and had a technician out here in less than 30 minutes! Noah, our technician, was extremely kind and helpful giving us all the info we needed to help us make a decision for our home.
  They just gained a return costumer from us! Thanks again Scott Plumbing!

  Nash was a very professional young man, he came out the morning after I called. Fast service. He replaced our disposal in a timely manner and then took time to show me where the reset button on the disposal was and showed me how to use the tool to unstick it in case it ever got jammed up. The young lady (sorry I don't have her name) that scheduled my appointment responded quickly to my chat question and was very helpful, courtesy and professional on the phone and texts. I will definitely use Scott Plumbing again and have already shared their information with a neighbor that owns rental properties. Thanks for the great service, which is something that seems to be very scarce these days!

  Scott Plumbing installed a new kitchen faucet for us and repaired a toilet. We were super pleased with their work. Nash and his coworker were very courteous. We also felt the price was incredibly fair. Also, they had a window of 8-9 am to arrive, but were at the house at 8. Will definitely use Scott Plumbing again!
