  I paid Mike upfront for work on my moped. He spent 3 months lying to me about why the work wasn't done and I eventually had to take the moped to another shop to get it repaired. He not only wouldn't return my money for the work he didn't do, he continued lying and tried demanding I pay him even more and I had to take him to court and get a court order for him to return my money and as of this posting, he won't respond to messages about when I can expect payment.

  Demanded payment up front to change 2 tires.(red flag)
  
  I offered CC he said his machine was down.(red flag)
  
  I decided to take my business somewhere professional.
  
  He asked why don't I go to an ATM machine, I replied I don't do business with amateurs and left.
  Lesson learned.

  This guy fixed up my moped to working like new I though it was a loss and I was gonna have to buy a new one saved me some money

  Scooter Dave and Moped Miguel are nothing shy of your average tele-market scammer. Very unpleasant experience with them and how they conduct themselves. Steer away from scooter Dave’s, or be prepared for the price to pay!
