Our dear aunt recently passed at age 100 years plus.
She was very organized and was helped in the process by Schoedinger Upper Arlington in pre-planning. Because they had her records on file we were able to attend to our grief and not to guessing about her wishes.
Schoedinger staff was excellent in helping us provide for our aunt’s wishes and that gave us comfort, for we were able to do things her way.response / report this review -

Our family has used Schoedinger Funeral Service for many years. They have always performed above and beyond our expectation. I can think of no other business, in any field, that provides the level of customer service that Schoedinger provides. They are second to none when it comes to the level of care they provide to a family. A person may have more than one wedding in their lifetime, however, they will only have one funeral, which has to be perfect. Schoedinger provides an outstanding level of service that ensures families will have that perfect funeral for their loved one.

Erika and the staff at Schoedinger went out of their way to make us feel cared for. They took care of my Mom like they would take care of theirs. They were professional, compassionate and competent. They made everything just a little bit easier at a very difficult time. I highly recommend their services.

A 5 star experience .Because of the care and support from Schoedinger Funeral Home, I was able to take care of my brothers sudden death with confidence and comfort for my family. The staff was .and is ,very knowledgeable . The staff supported my decisions and offered ideas for those decisions. The Schoedinger staff treated me like I was a part of their family still reaching out to offer support ,months after my loss. They made a terrible life event much easier to cope with. Schoedinger went above and beyond my expectations!!

Our father passed in January 2009. Per some lifelong friends’ recommendations, Schoedinger Funeral and Cremation Service was chosen to handle his funeral arrangements. Our mother was very pleased with Schoedinger’s services, prices, and staff.
Later in 2009, she decided to be proactive and work with Schoedinger to pre-pay for her funeral arrangements so her family would not have this task in a time of sorrow. I accompanied her when she completed these arrangements. This process was conducted with professional, friendly, straightforward, & understandable communication. Plenty of time was provided to answer her questions and respond to her concerns. We walked out feeling accomplished and satisfied.
In July 2020, our mother passed. Working with Schoedinger to execute her arrangements could not have been easier, smoother, nor better, especially with pandemic impacts. Everything (transport, paperwork, obituary, funeral services, & emotional support) was conducted with professional, thorough, kindness and caring in a clean and pleasing environment.
Based on my experiences, I recommend Schoedinger for funeral and cremation services.response / report this review
