They have been there to help every step of the way and if we have any questions they are always there to answer our questions. I really never write reviews, but this situation calls for it. Attorney Whitten and the Office Manager Amanda went above and beyond for me many times. When I filed my bankruptcy, Amanda worked with another attorney who then retired. It was a huge relief to me that Amanda would still be in the office working with other attorneys because she knows everything about bankruptcy inside and out. I always knew if I had a question or problem, she was going to jump in and help me. Given that my original attorney retired, Attorney Whitten stepped in and went way beyond to help me out in a situation in which he was not obliged to do so. This being written by someone who works with a retired judge and four attorneys (who don't handle bankruptcies), is high praise. Without their help, I would have lost my home, and that's the bottom line. Without their help, my kids would have to move schools. Without their help, I don't know what I would have done. If you're feeling desperate about your financial situation, bankruptcy is help and relief for you. Don't mess around with any other firm. Dan Whitten and Amanda do their jobs exceptionally well.
