  I have been using "scan my photos" for a number of years now. The fees are competitive, they have great customer service , and deliver quality scans including the downloads and physical copies . There are also options to enhance my photos including color correction, and higher scan resolution. Care is always given to my photos, and in some cases I have been able to drop them off at a physical location as well. Will continue to use their services in the future!

  We are very grateful to Logan from customer service for helping us scan our parents' old slides into digital copies as a Christmas present. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, especially being so close to Christmas, and the scanned photos are beautiful! We will definitely be using this service again. Highly recommend.

  I am very happy and satisfied with this service. The customer service is exceptional and the quality and timeliness of the scanned photos excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this outfit to anyone!!!! It is a an excellent way to have all your pictures on your finger tips just one click away!

  I checked with three different photo services through their phone number given online before choosing ScanMyPhotos. They did a great job of the scanning and my electronic pictures are of good quality. The problem is that I was given misinformation as to what the storage and file system would be. I wanted to be able to edit and title the photos as well as have them in named files according to my own system so that they could be shared with other family members. I was told quite clearly that this could be done, but the post-scanning system is ONLY a storage system of the pictures as they exist after ScanMyPhotos has done them. No editing, no titles, no regrouping the photos and no re-uploading them after you've done the editing, etc. That's fine if that's all you need but I would not have chosen this group had they been clear about what they were offering with the storage option. Now I have to download over 1000 pictures, turn the vertical ones (because ScanMyPhotos only does horizontal), edit, title and group them then find another storage place where I can upload them in the groups as I want them. When I complained about this, I was basically told there was nothing they would do about the misinformation I got. I called about additional problems and they won't even call me back now. While they're good at the scanning portion, their customer service is bad. Use them if all you need is scanning and hope that there aren't any problems.

  I am so happy with this service. I sent them a box of old photos of my kids and requested that they were scanned "in order" (because I wanted to keep the pictures of the kids separated). I requested to get the photos back after scanning. The service was fast and professional. Within two weeks, I got my digital link and downloaded the photos to my computer. A few days later, I got my box of photos back. I will definitely use ScanMyPhotos again!
