I cannot say enough about the personalized service that I received from Michael, the owner and gemologist at Saxon Jewelers. Not only did he take the time to walk me through the process prior to coming, but he also set aside enough time to make the required adjustments to my pieces so that I did not have to be inconvenienced with a distance return trip. As if that wasn't enough, Michael followed up the next day to ensure that the adjustments were adequate. As I entered and left his facility, I witnessed him take a personal interest in his customers just as he had done with me. He truly enjoys his work, and takes excellent care. Thank you.

Mike is wonderful to work with. He will let you know every step of what and how he's doing. I had my center stone set with him and it came back shinier from the polish he applied. He super friendly, I will definitely be coming back for our wedding bands!

Saxon Jewelers was a great experience. They were very knowledgeable about the type of diamonds and ring settings that we had in our engagement ring. We had damaged stones and they fixed them in a timely and reasonable priced manner. Even took time out and let us know our options about resetting the middle stone since it wasn’t a problem but wasn’t done right. Very detailed when going over our jewelry.

Quality, care and passion. Mike is a rare find in today's market. He treats you like family and cares for your most treasured pieces as if they were his own. He knew from one look at my ring what was previously repaired and how it was crafted. He took the time to explain and show me under a microscope what was causing my prongs to deteriorate and how to properly correct them. I did not wear my ring for a year when it needed repairs because I could not find a trusting jeweler that cares about quality, but those worries are gone now. He did extensive repair work and replaced a missing diamond. His showcase of custom jewelry is a something to see, it is a lost craft and art. Highly recommend Mike Saxon for any of your jewelry needs. Thank you for bringing my wedding ring back to life!!!

In August, 2017, my wife and I went to Saxon Jewelers to discuss repair of her wedding ring/bands. Michael Saxon inspected the rings and asked what it was we wanted done. He took a lot of time inquiring about our preferences, and then proceeded to offer suggestions and options. Never once was there any pressure to accept any suggestion or option.no hard sell!
On October 18, 2017, my wife and I inspected the completed, second ring designed and created by Michael Saxon. As with the first ring redesigned and created by Mr. Saxon, my wife and I were extremely satisfied and pleased with the project undertaken and completed by Saxon Jewelers.
Michael Saxon is very professional, creative, skilled, courteous and reasonably priced. In the future ALL my jewelry purchases - redesigns will be conducted at Saxon Jewelers.
My only regret is not conducting business with Saxon Jewelers years ago thus avoiding less than satisfactory experiences at Mall Retailers/report this review -

Saxon Jewelers is the ONLY place to get jewelry. My family has been going to Mike for years and we have always and will continue to always refer him to anyone that ever mentions they are in the market for jewelry. Mike gives the best personal service and he custom makes anything that you can ever dream of. You will not regret visiting Mike for all your jewelry needs!!

Incredible experience. Saxon Jewelers and gemologists went above and beyond my expectations. The owner Michael Saxon was a complete professional. He did a phenomenal job, answered every question, made sure he made time in his day to help create a wonderful ring from scratch. I am incredibly happy with the outcome and professionalism from Saxons. Highly recommended!

I recently needed to locate a jeweler capable of appraising and repairing/modifying a antique necklace set. My research lead me to Saxon Jewelers and Michael Saxon. Michael was incredibly generous with his time and helped me plan a resolution that protected the historic integrity of the set. His ability to match the old world methods and design of the set, made a huge difference to me. The outcome exceeded my expectations and my wife was just thrilled with the result.
A true craftsman, with an obvious artistic gift.

I found Saxon Jewelers online when I did a Google search for laser soldering. Mike was quick to respond to my message and provide me with the information I needed and even went above and beyond due to the distance I was travelling and gave a loose estimate (which they typically do not do because no 2 pieces are the same) just to make sure I had enough money on me. The customer service I received was 10 star. He even let me take a closer look at my stones in the microscope just so I understood what he was talking about. I highly recommend Saxon. It was worth every minute of my drive. Thank you again and I look forward to future business with you!

My husband went to Mike for a custom engagement ring and then we went back for a matching wedding band and I love them both!
We actually had an issue with the engagement ring but after informing Mike, he was able to rework work it - at no extra charge - and it came out even better than it was initially. I haven't had any issues since!
Mike really went above and beyond to ensure we were 100% happy. He came in early and stayed late all in the same day!report this review -

I went to Mike with a some loose ideas for what I wanted in an engagement ring to surprise my then girlfriend with. He worked with me to turn those ideas into reality - a beautiful, unique ring that she loves. We have since gone back and worked with Mike on a matching wedding ring that complements the original very well. Mike is a skilled, trustworthy, easy to work with gentleman that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Mike is super friendly and courteous. He made me comfortable about the entire process of buying an engagement ring. He does amazing work and his prices are reasonable. He will work within your budget. Overall it was an enjoyable experience working with Mike and I highly recommend him.

Michael has done a remarkable restoration of my wedding rings. He has given me great ideas on updating my existing jewelry as well. When you compare his workmanship to other jewelers, there is no comparison. I would recommend Saxon jewelers for all your jewelry needs!
