The food was good and so as the service. Most importantly, the music and the boat ride makes it awesome. We had a great time at the dinner cruise here.

Lindsay J made the tour possible for us. The three of us have mobility issues, and when I couldn't find a parking place close enough for me to walk *and* get to the 1pm cruise on time, Lindsay J saved the day. I drove the car down to the riverfront, she parked my car *in a free space* got us on the 3:30 cruise, and brought my car back to me when we returned. I can't thank Lindsay J enough for making it possible for us to go on the delightful river cruise. Thanks, Lindsay J.

I am currently on the Savannah Riverboat dinner cruise. Freezing. Mediocre food/buffet that got cold pretty quickly. Some staff walking around in jackets! After asking twice, AC finally adjusted some. Still freezing. Two positives, decent band and nice server. But that doesn't mean I will ever pay $130 for two for this ride again! I do not recommend.

We generally enjoyed the cruise. Took the luncheon cruise on a hot October afternoon. AC in 3rd floor restaurant was cold at first but eventually got used to it. If you only want water with your meal then buy bottled water from the bar ($2). The water they serve in a glass of ice is awful.
Tour narrative was somewhat interesting but on the outside decks you couldn't hear in some places. Maybe put in some more speakers?
We saw 3 container ships, a few bald eagles, osprey, and a couple dolphins.

I would give 100 stars if I could!! Such a great experience from start to finish. I got married downtown in Whitefield Square and had the reception on the river boat. Olivia was wonderful to work with to set up our cruise, she was so helpful and sweet. My mom handled most of the set up, and she couldn't say enough nice things about her. Once we got on the boat, everything was smooth sailing (pun intended). Justin and Mrs. Debrah were fantastic! So attentive and helpful with everything. Made all of our guest (about 27) feel so comfortable. She set up a time for us to go into the main dining room and have our first dance, which honestly we had just kind of figured we wouldn't have one. But it was perfect. The band played for us, and all of my family and friends were able to dance and have a great time. I have already recommended to a friend of mine to have her rehearsal dinner on the boat. Worth every penny!! The food, service, atmosphere, private room and intertainment were all awesome!! Made our special day so much more special.

I feel like the website should be better worded because it is a little misleading. Me and 3 other family members went on the moonlight cruise last night September 2, 2017it was too expensive to not include a buffet. The menu options were ridiculously overpriced and the customer service, other than the DJ, was really poor; The bartender was pretty rude and not sympathetic to our issues with not understanding why there was no buffet. Maybe it was just by chance that the experience was what it was, however, on any event, service should always be at it's best to build customer rapport and leave that customer wanting to come back and spread the word. This was not the case for us and so many others on the boat that voiced their same disappointment and annoyance.

We enjoyed the Sunday Brunch River Cruise on the Georgia Queen. The tour was excellent with very interesting information about points of interest along the Savannah River that you could not get any other way. The Brunch Buffet was plentiful and delicious with good variety and great service.

We did the afternoon sightseeing tour. Very informative and fun. Captain John is a very good guide and his talk is a blend of history, current events, progress and interesting facts about Savannah. Well worth the price and the time. One of the highlights of my trip to Savannah.

Our family of 10 went on the dinner cruise this past week. Staff was friendly. Food was very good. Crew was excellent, especially Captain Joe Gardzina and Preston. Thank you for an excellent and enjoyable evening in Savannah.

8 of us went on the Dinner Cruise yesterday and I think it might be the highlight of the vacation. It was definilty expensive 350.00 for the tickets and then 40.00 for the picture they take when you first board and 110.00 for drinks and a tip. The boat was pretty as can be, the food was good and the staff was friendly and quick. Everyone enjoyed it very much and would love to do it again.

We paid over $200.00 a person for the new years eve cruise. The boat and decorations were beautiful. Food was ok, service was bad and entertainment was terrible. Disappointed that we paid over $900.00 for two couples and did not get what we paid for.

As a repeated customer, I am so upset. The music was very standard. It was no variety at all! Straight classical! Everyone in my section was sleep! Literally! Paid almost $300 for this event and I regret it. There wasn't a nice selection of food either. I'm so dissatisfied! I will never spend my New Years here again!

We had a great time on this tour. It takes you up and down the river and provides a great narrative on the history of Savannah. I will qualify my 5 stars by saying that I am a history buff and truly enjoy hearing it told. That said, the content in the trip is a bit heavy, but you will learn about the various ships that harbor here, some of the history of the industries in the area, and a lot about the history of Savannah itself. If you are into Revolutionary War, Civil War, or maritime history, you'd definitely want to catch this tour during your visit.

The views alone are only so-so, but along with the great narration by the captain, it was well worth the money.

For the tour and boating around the port, this is money and time well spent! The Savannah Riverboat Cruise workers were all very attentive and knowledgeable which made the tour interesting.

To be quite honest, I purchased the tickets for the cruise simply because I was interested to cruise along, but I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of information I learned during the tour. I simply paid for the cruise, but you can also purchase a ticket that includes lunch/dinner.

I loved that there was an area to purchase alcohol! There is something fun about drinking and boating; it's quaint and relaxing.

We did the Gospel Dinner cruise and it was money well spent. The food was good, with my favorite dish being the banana pudding.
The entertainment was fantastic. And the night was topped off with dolphin spotting as they played at the front of the boat.
The only disappointment was seeing the waitress for the table beside us displaying excellent service which was not matched by the waiter we had. Made us want to be seated in her section.
