    Very bad.
It's the same cost to stay here as to rent a full sized house and yard on the local economy in Sierra Vista. Even TDY houses are available. The problem with Savannah Springs is that the walls are very thin, I could hear everything my neighbors were doing. Also, they have nothing to keep people from the neighborhood out of the pool/barbecue area, local kids just reach over the gate to open the pool, which was basically the only amenity I rented to place for. Also, there's some bums living right beyond the cinder block wall.

Look good from the outside, but it's basically a rip off.

Stayed here for a year. At first it wasn't too bad of place, though overly priced in my opinion. Then they got new management a few months after it opened and it went down hill fast. My apartment along with a couple others got flooded when some pipes burst and because my apartment and the family's next to mine wasn't damaged as bad as the others the apartment didn't pay for a single thing that was destroyed. Nor did they help with the clean up as they promised to. In the summer I noticed the outside was over run with brown recluse and found more in my home well living there than anywhere else I've lived since moving to Sierra Vista. There are large groups of bums hanging out in the back of the complex and a few times when leaving my apartment late at night I noticed cops looking around the complex for people. The gates do nothing to keep you safer. Then when I left they charged me an $800 cleaning fee because my oven hadn't been recently scrubbed out. Everything else in the place was spotless after I hired a maid service, but they still tried to charge me that ridiculously high of a fee for one appliance not being cleaned. Crazy. I definitely would not move back to the complex.

We have been living here for a few months now. Have rented from many many places. let me tell you that the service you get here is not comparable to any place I have been to. The manager Tinyo, is professional and is very polite. She will answer all of your questions and it is not a bother to her like other places. yes, the rent is a bit high, but it is SO worth it. you get what you pay for. Maintenance is the best. They are polite and quick. If something is wrong, Tinyo will do everything and anything to make it better. She truly cares. She also has a great staff. The complex is clean for the most part.. parking area is well lit. Gym is decent and pool area is always packed so people must like it. Their pet deposits are very reasonable too. Only cons I would say is there is dog feces EVERYWHERE. People just dont pick up after their pets and it is not enforced enough. Even though they have a small dog park in the complex, people still dont care. The apartment itself is very small. Small rooms and kitchen. If you are looking for big, it isnt that big. Walls are thin.
Almost everyone around is is military.. The complex is also not very old which ia important to me. So far, so good. I am anxious to see how the critter problem will be in the summer with bugs and such.. but if I had to come back to SV again, I would rent from here in a heart beat.

It is nice to be living in a brand new apartment, but you have to pay for it. The staff is pleasant, but a little slow when it comes to addressing issues. I have never seen anyone keeping up with the landscaping. I pulled my own weeds and tied up an overgorwn tree just to know I came home to something that looked nice. It may be a new place, but it will fall apart if no one keeps up on it. Nice having W/D in the unit.
