  If you’re on a health journey make sure you read up on the benefits of sauna. I tell everyone how happy my wife and I are we got a Sauna Space. Easy to put together, fits almost anywhere and a great compliment to your weekly routine!

  I have been using my Sauna Space sauna for almost 3 months. I added it to supplement and boost the new health and fitness routine I started this year. I get in the sauna immediately after I use my treadmill. While the bulbs are heating up, I use the stool to stretch inside the sauna. I start sweating as soon as I get in, and I'm not a naturally sweaty person. What's interesting is, before I used the sauna, I would always be super sore the day after my long treadmill runs. Now, I am never sore. Not even a little. It's amazing! Also, the last 20 lbs. I've lost came off much easier than the first 10 lbs. I lost without the sauna. I do notice that I sweat more when I've had all my 8 glasses of water for the day, than those when I fall short. The sauna gets HOT HOT HOT! My face is still red hot even after I rinse off in the shower afterwards. As for portability and ease of assembly, my husband and I can take it down and put it up pretty quickly. It does not take 3 hours to put together, as stated in Danielle's review. And it just fits so nicely in the corner of our health/ music room. I am officially addicted to this thing! Thank you Sauna Space!

  I returned the sauna, but gave 3 stars due to the easy return...they gave me no hassle about it..just asked me why I returned. When I first called the company to ask a question about their saunas, I was a bit put off because I told them I had a far infrared sauna already but wanted to include a near infrared sauna as well, since they both have different health benefits. The person on the phone informed me that my far infrared sauna was was loaded with emfs. I called my far infrared company (Sunlighten) and they showed me 3rd party testing results proving that it was very very low emf. So I was turned off from sauna space at first. But I still wanted a near infrared sauna, so I ordered it anyway (the 4 bulb model). It was a lot of effort to put together for me...and it took me over 3 hours. After all this, I got in the sauna and waited...and waited...and waited. An hour went by and no sweating...my feet were cold from the air coming in from the floor. I then got in my Sunlighten far infrared sauna and as usual, sweat buckets and had to get out after 15 minutes. I think the cloth tent that sauna space uses does not keep the heat in. My husband got in it and he didn't sweat either. The sauna was beautifully made, so I was sad to send it back. It was a bit awkward trying to fit it in my guest room since it sticks out in the front, so that was another downside. But I called them and explained and they let me return it. I did have to call them on the phone to get my refund (they had received the product back to them for a week before I called to get my refund). I guess they just forgot to send my refund? Anyway, the product is very nicely made, but just doesn't heat up much. I was disappointed thinking maybe all near infrared saunas were like this. But I decided not to give up and ordered a different near infrared called the "sauna fix" from gohealthynext. Its tent is made of a metallic looking tent that zips up and Oh My Goodness it's HOT (I love it)! I can only stay in it for about 20-25 minutes before having to get out. Finally I found success with near infrared but unfortunately it wasn't with sauna space's product.

  This is a phenomenal product. The heirloom quality and health benefits of this sauna is amazing. The company's commitment to the science and health benefits of sauna therapy will make you fall in love with this brand and product. I recommend SaunaSpace anyone.
