  We rented a beautiful duplex from Sato. We had no issues at all. It could not have gone smoother. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable about the island!

  If you asked me what was the worst possible way to run a business, I would tell you Sato. We arrived on the island on Thursday, stayed at a wonderful place called Sand and Sea for two days, and moved to a Sato place. We've rented from them for years, and the check-in time was always about 3:00 pm. They would call us at 10:00 am to tell it was ready. But this time, we parked outside at about noon. No one has called us. Me, my mom, and my brother were now standing outside by 12:30. My dad goes to get the keys, and he's gone maybe two minutes before this tall dude walks up and says, " I'm here for the grill." THAT GRILL HAS NEVER BEEN CLEANED BY YOU PEOPLE, IN FOUR YEARS! Which, by the way, is disgusting. The he dumps it out, God knows where, and five minutes later, some cleaning lady shows up for, guess what? THE GRILL! That's what we've been waiting for, you to clean that grill?! My mom actually said that and Grill Lady responds, " No, this place is ready." Why are we outside right now then? My dad comes back and tells us, " They won't give me keys." By 1:30, we are still waiting. Still won't give the keys because of THE GRILL! God dang it grill! So we go back to Sato's office, and get the keys. WE WERE LET INTO THE HOUSE AT 2:30! Still before the check in time though so...
  Service was awful, the employees were very unfriendly. Bottom line, will never give them my business again.

  Terrible experience. Rented Limefish and the property was a disaster, broken tiles everywhere, the windows wouldn't lock, and the sheets hadn't been changed. Not to mention, the house smelled of old alcohol and urine. We had to leave. This property was completely misrepresented, and no one would work with us to refund any of our money.

  We've been working with Sato Real Estate for over a year on both the sales and rental sides, and found them to be extremely professional and easy to work with. They're consciousness and always looking out for the customer. Barbara, Jason,Josh and Ben run the premier agency on the island!

  We spent the week of July 30 thru August 6, 2016 at Forever Summer, we made the decision last minute so I wasn't really sure how easy the renting process would be with such short notice and us being in NC. Debi at Sato Real Estate as well as the whole staff made the process very easy and their great customer service continued after we arrived.
  
  Now about the property, it was beautiful and well stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, etc. The layout of the home was very convenient, the pool was well maintained and beautiful. the location of the home was very convenient and central to everything on Anna Maria Island. We had an awesome vacation and are already planning our return for next year.

  They are Amazing. Sato Real Estate provided a rental for my family for an entire month. They were so accommodating to them and the home was right on a canal and literally across the street from the beach. Thank you very much and you all deserve nothing but a 5 star rating.

  We have rented a Pineapple fish home through SATO Real Estate for the past 4 years. Every year both the service from SATO and the Pineapple Fish home have been great!
  
  This year we rented the "Lime Fish" property. We were very impressed with the re-decorating done on the home since our last stay. The Pineapple Fish homes are great because of the money they reinvest into the homes to keep them fresh and new.
  
  Upon completing this years stay we immediately re-booked for 2017. Already looking forward to next year!

  My wife and I along with our extended family stayed a week on Anna Maria Island for Spring Break this year. We used the services of Sato Reality in procuring and leasing a place. We didn't see the place and relied on their staff to find and recommend a house. We could not have been more pleased. The house was PERFECT. It was large enough to accommodate everyone and was clean, comfortable, with a lot of extras and in a great location for what we wanted to do. At times, there were more than 15 people there for meals and there was room to spare. Thank you Katie for your help, you are a true professional. We will certainly call you next time.
