  Very easy and quick to schedule. Most affordable in town and it's the best massage I've ever had. Camila did a great job! the environment is extremely quiet and peaceful. I like that it's tucked away outside of any loud traffic. Definitely my go-to moving forward. You'll end up scheduling another massage before leaving.

  I booked a couples massage for valentines day. The add given by the spa was very inviting in its portrayal and pictures, also stating that wine was offered and the package was romantic.
  It was the least aspect of romance which was exceedingly disappointing.
  The waiting room was dark and dreary, no welcome, no, rose petals, chocolates or candles to add to the ambiance.
  The room was poor and un inviting, nothing to declare a romance of valentines day couples massage, just a regular massage...
  No wine offered, no decoration in the room to make it valentines day appropriate, however the fee did denote a valentines day price, the toilets are addressed with a suggestion of tips to be given which is very bad taste, allow the service rendered to denote the tip not a suggestion hanging in the toilet.
  The masseurs, however, were very helpful but again, disappointing as initially I was asked for the degree of pressure and told that an increase would be charged for a medium pressure of which I stated that I would like to have and was told that it was added to my fee. The massage for both myself and my partner was nothing more than a body lotion rub down, no massage involved in terms of pressure.
  The room was dreary and dirty.
  A very disappointing valentines day gift for my partner.

  why advertise wine and romantic atmosphere if you dont give it???

  I really love this place. Great service, friendly staff, perfect massages, and affordable rates. Jason’s deep tissue massages really helped my stiff neck and back. I left feeling remarkably better with more mobility and less pain. Will definitely be back!

  I absolutely love this spa. I have been going here for a couple years now. I just started going back. I love the the deep tissue massage and Joe is my go to massage therapist. He does wonderful work and is extremely professional. The spa is always very clean and smells wonderful. I'm already looking for to my next visit!

  This is an amazing place! I received a microdermabrasion with collagen from Forrest and she was great. Both her and Elise explained everything throughout-fully. The place it self is very clean and welcoming too.

  I LOVE Essentials!! I have been going here since 2013 and love the owners and the massage therapists. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. always leave a Happy customer!

  I recently visited Sarasota Essentials Day Spa based solely on a high recommendation from a friend. Once I entered the facility I was totally impressed with the cleanliness, beautiful décor, soothing music and the knowledgeable staff. Elise was very informative with their services they offer as well as Sigrid and Forrest who did my massage and facial. As a brand new client, it was super easy to book an appointment on-line and find the location. And most importantly, while I was there - it was an easy transition from the massage room to the facial room - no wait in between! Total two hours of relaxation. I cant wait to return!

  Amazing great people great massage ... remember to tip at least 15 to 20 for massage ... this is 100 service for only 30 dollars remember the women live and feed their children from their tips be generous for when we give we recieve more in return

  This is the cleanest spa I have ever visited. I was greeted and taken in right away. The massage therapists did an amazing job my first time and I have been seeing them ever since. If you are looking for a spa that gives you a great deal on prices and amazing service, this is the place you need to be. Please go see Elise and Tina. They will take great care of you! I highly recommend this place.
