  Went in with my little brother and a unprofessional lady was being rude during the process so we got help from another very professional clerk. The rude one is in the photo.

  Nobody will tell me what my rights are despite the cops, repeatedly, coming to where I live to have me violently imprisoned and drugged with the worst substances I could've ever had in me (still suffering side effects over 2 years later), despite my not doing anything to hurt anyone or their property, I am still threatened with violence while denied any advice as to what I can do about it. Cops, clerk of court, churches, lawyers, doctors, nobody will do anything to help, leaving me in a position where I have to arm myself and use violence next time someone from the government approaches me. This is not me, I hate violence with every fiber of my being, but you give me no choice.

  Called yesterday and I guess it was almost 5 so the clerk I spoke to told me to look the record up online before I requested a copy and hung up. I need an official copy that is why I called but she hung up. Called today and was put on hold for 30 minutes before the phone just hung up. Been on hold to talk to someone again now 25 minutes and counting. After 30 minutes it hung up again. Called again and pressed a different entry to get in as an officer of the court (I am a license FL attorney) and after 39 minutes I was transferred to someone rude who told me they had to transfer me to someone else who took my cc info to do the records search but they were short and did not want to answer any of my questions. Worst customer service ever and I am used to dealing with other counties clerks offices.

  In an age of automation, we are thankful when we encounter helpfulness and a cooperative spirit among government employees, especially those who we know must deal with all kinds of people on a continuing daily basis. Thanks very much to the lady behind the counter who helped us navigate through a transaction on July 14, 2016.
