  Tuition for classes is pricey but that would not be an issue if there was more one on one instruction. Some instructors just had the younger classes on the same equipment and not practicing different skills-seemed to spend a lot of time looking around at other advanced participants. That’s great motivation but how does my child get to that point? It felt a lot like school gym class and less like specialized instruction. The very last day the class got to do some balance beam work. I feel like it would be more advantageous for the instructor to demonstrate a skill and have each student learn and demonstrate said skill, add a new one each time! Instructors need to be
  well-versed on what they are teaching, not sure how many of them were actual gymnasts.

  We've been taking our kids to Sapphire Gymnastics for 3 years now. I feel like the instructors are very attentive to the kids and the organization has been very good about keeping use informed of their plans, etc through this pandemic. I've been very pleased with their efforts and very grateful for their professionalism and skills.

  The floors and area are not clean at all and covered in crumbs, hand prints, used cups. Obviously they don’t take sanitation seriously. Especially for a sport that has a lot of touching on equipment.
  
  When waiting for one of my daughters in the lobby, the camps they provide are a joke. They just give kids tablets and are not involved with the kids. Not sure what service parents are paying for but all I do is see kids board just sitting there.
  
  Management is rude and condescending. When asked to talk to them they said “well yeah I guess”
  
  Both of my daughters teachers were so nice though with the girls. I liked them a lot and they both had fun in the classes. Not a fan of the management.
  
  I would suggest taking your kids to another practice and not waste your money coming to this establishment.
