It is a good neighborhood grocery store. The prices are extremely similar to nearby Giant Eagles and the selection is slightly more limited. I go only because it is closer by about a 1/2 mile, and I don't need a lot. The cashiers are really fast though.

Lunch meat pre packaged looked oldnoone around store not organized spices all over not in one placemispriced bakery slow check out. You'd think as a small store they would be more aware of there customers needs. Meat prices high.

Local old fashioned grocer if you need gourmet items or special produce you will not find it. Fast, friendly service. Limited selection of wine and liqour but good selection of beers.

Very convenient market. A good variety of food. They have a State Liquor Store. A very good selection of wine and beer. They deliver food to your residence. Very accommodating to the customer.

I come to Sapell's for consistently great deals on steaks (usually Ribeye) that can be $8 to $10 less expensive than other grocery stores. The liquor store is convenient too! Checkout is usually very quick and efficient.

This little store is a Lakewood Gem! Love it and the cashiers are SO sweet. Great meat deals. Plus they offer driving service for people who come on foot or bus. Such a wonderful service for people and elderly! My favourite grocery store in Lakewood!

If it weren't for the fact that it's a small local grocery store I would give it 5 stars. Although the selection can be limited, the meat quality is EXCELLENT and PRICED SUPER LOW! They have a great $1 section all the time, veggies are reasonable. And its a State Liquor store also!
