I can't believe I was in line at the bank for 20min with 8 or so people in front of me and 5 behind. They almost always seem understaffed and the customers park like they're about to rob the place out front taking up a couple of the parking spaces and having their friend or family member keep the car running on a street that's already difficult enough to find parking a times. The staff has always been courteous and helpful but they do need to iron out some issues.
