Consistently good. Reasonable prices. Pleasant atmosphere and fast service. Convenient location helps as well.

Prices are up at our favorite restaurant. They dropped our favorite dish from the new menu (Brisket Enchiladas). We left but it doesn't mean you have to. Santa Fe Bar & Grill has one of the most consistent kitchens in town. Any of your favorite 3 daily meals are here. Sunday brunch menu. Lights go down at sunset. Full bar and bar seating, tequila menu, local brews. Happy Hour M-F, 4:30 to 6:30 includes specials on appetizers, drafts, wine and Santa Fe's popular margaritas. (Updated 11-15-17)

Rude and presumptuous waiter. We had a delightful lunch, including 2 Long Island Ice Teas. Food was excellent. Service was good but not exceptional. We could not believe the waiter actually had the audacity to question the amount of the gratuity we left. He questioned whether the food and service was acceptable, then actually proceeded to try to lecture us about "customary" 20% tips. He shut up when I said I'd be happy to take the gratuity back. This audacious fool diminished what would otherwise have been a pleasant experience. Management should address this issue since I see another patron had a similar experience. We enjoy and recommend this restaurant, at least when you don't have to deal with presumptuous waiters.

Went and ate dinner there tonight and was pretty good. When we were leaving the restraunt our waiter followed us and asked us, pretty loud, and in front of other people, if the service was ok. Our bill was 63.00 dollars and was paid by a debit card. I left him a fifteen dollars cash tip on the table. Obviously he only looked at the paper receipt and saw no tip. He didn't even look for the tip. I did not mention the fact that it took him 20 minutes to even acknowledge us after we had received our water. I had to flag him down. The service wasn't horrible, just slow. But for him to come up and embarrass us like that, was uncalled for. If it wasn't for my girlfriend, I would have said something to him. First and last time going there. It's sad because it seemed like a pretty cool place.

Don't let the outside fool you. The inside is just as large just not as Lush. The food is great, the price is right, the bar is large (with a few big screen TVs and seating to rival any sports bar here locally). All the beer wine and spirits any person might desire and the service is pretty fast. A little like the Pantry, one of my favorite local establishments up on Cerrillos . A little New Mexican a little comfort food

Food ok. Service pleasant and attentive. Given where you are and many other easy options, it's mediocre. One step up from Olive Garden.

I've never had a bad meal here. Love the steak quesadilla, the beef eggrolls, and the chicken sandwich is to die for. They make the good dranks too. You'll wait a little bit for your food, but it is a normal if not above average wait time. If you want instant food, go to a fast food restaurant.

A very good wild salmon but a little light on the side vegetables. An excellent grilled shrimp avocado and mango salad with a fine red pepper dressing. Good service
