  Live shelling (finding shells with live creatures inside and then killing them for the shell) is ILLEGAL in Sanibel. Includes sand dollars and starfish. If it's alive, throw it back!

  Major condominium complexes on either side (especially to the left toward Pointe Santo), so be prepared for a lot of people.
