Very friendly service. Lack of parking during the construction, but it should be a beautiful dealership when the construction is finished.
I have been in for service in the past and have been very pleased with the experiences, thus far. In my most recent visit I had the opportunity to work with Patrick who was exceedingly kind, funny, and very very helpful.
Bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata SE at a very good price. I did alot of research and KBB rated this particular model at 9.1 out if 10 and was happy with the price as compared to similar makes brand and prices of other places. Sales staff were friendly and totally flexible. Would definitely recommend for folks to check them out.

I bring my 03 Volvo in for oil changes. Over the past year they have nothing but fantastic. Prices for repairs are a bit steep but you are getting your car worked on by certified Volvo mechanics. The only problem I have had was the last oil change I had gotten, someone left the oil cap off and I drove around 100 miles without noticing. After I found out I gave them a call and they told me to come in any time. I brought it in, the topped off my fluids and gave my car a wash.

Great people, great service! I had such a positive experience purchasing my Volvo here that I decided to give the Service Department a shot, and I am so happy that I did. The service advisor, Patrick, was genuine and professional. He made sure that all of the concerns I had with the car were addressed, and the technicians even noticed and repaired an issue of which I wasn't aware (which saves me a future trip). I truly appreciate the ability to schedule online and communicate via text. The shuttle drivers are also fantastic. Thanks for making it so easy!
Wow, what a great experience buying a new car! Volvos have come a long way. The XC90 is like a space ship! Now huge thanks to Sandberg Volvo and their amazing sales team, especially our new friend Winston. Winston was so helpful and straight with us. He has a sincere heart to serve and make you his lifetime clients. He loves what he does and it shows. This personality felt consistent with everyone we interacted with at Sandberg. Hector went above and beyond detailing the car, Steve got a us a great deal in finance and Natalie was very quick in the service dept. Over all my experience was so great! Ill be a lifetime customer! My wife and I found a particular Volvo that we were interested in, which we found through USAA's car buying service. We contacted the dealership for more information and did get a prompt response, though the rep avoided addressing our questions and just wanted to know when we could come in to look at the car. We decided to check it out in person that night. When we arrived at the dealership, we walked into the office and although there were no other customers in sight, we received a very unenthusiastic greeting from someone who, throughout the entire interaction that night, never introduced himself. We walked out to the car and as we looked around the car the sales person's only interaction with us was to tell us that someone in Florida is very interested in buying this "rare" car. We asked if we could test drive the vehicle and the response was a hesitant, "Yes, I can test drive it with you. But, before we do, let me ask you - and I don't mean to sound like a douche - the car is so rare that they like to keep the miles low, so are you ready to take the car home tonight?" He was insinuating that we couldn't test drive the vehicle unless we were committed to buying it. Isn't the point of a test drive to determine if you even want to purchase it? And how many miles could we possibly add to it by driving around the block? We came to the dealership to look at this specific car, so of course we were interested in purchasing it. Regardless, we left shortly after, extremely disappointed in how we'd been treated and the lack of professionalism.
That evening, we wrote about this disappointing experience via email to a person listed as sales manager at Sandberg rather than writing a review, in case it was just an isolated event. We've never received a response from that person. Two days after that evening, my wife received an automated email from a different person listed as the general sales manager, so we forwarded our original message to him. That was 1/12/17 and we've still never received a response.
All these reviews of wonderful customer service are night and day to what we experienced and although we tried to express our disappointment privately, the lack of response warranted this review.
Sandberg's Customer Service and commitment are xceptional. Service department (Patrick and Natalie) as well as Sales (Jack Morris) and Finance (Ron). Continued excellence. Our experience with your entire team has always been terrific.
I love this place and trust them 100% with my car. They have never been anything other than honest and dependable for me. Dave in the service department (actually the service manager I think) is the best and I prefer to work with him because at this point I have worked with him for so many years I consider him a friend. I know I can say things like, "Should I fix it or sell it" and he will give me an honest answer. These are good people and I'm happy to do business with Sandberg.
We have recently bought a new Volvo XC90 from Winston Felix. He is very personable. Also very patient with listening to our needs and wants. We do not feel rush at all after test driving the car to make a decision to buy on the spot. We were there from around 5pm & left around 10pm with a new car. He was with us the whole time. So all in all we had a great experience buying from him. I would recommend him if you're interested in buying a car from Sandberg Northwest Volvo. Happy customer!!
I was looking to trade in my Jeep for a safer more reliable vehicle for my family (second baby on the way). I emailed the dealership to inquire about a vehicle I found online. Winston Felix promptly replied to me with a phone call and an email. We setup an appointment to view the car. Winston was super friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He made purchasing this car very easy and enjoyable. I wish all car transactions were this easy and hassle free.
