  What an awesome dealership! Highest quality upgrades, so much inventory and choices, best selection of HD gear. Their events are well done and sales! The people here are great! Definitely worth riding 1 1/2 hrs to go, I will be back.

  I visited several dealerships, including multiple Harley-Davidson establishments and others. What truly stood out to me during my visits were the individuals and the overall experience. Terry, in particular, was an invaluable resource offering helpful information and truly wants his customer to be happy. His passion for riding was evident and appreciated. Gil impressed me with his utmost professionalism and likable demeanor. He diligently worked with me to reach a satisfactory price point and made sure my needs were accommodated. Lastly, Brandon handled all the paperwork and took the time to inform me about additional services and warranty options available, without any pressure. His primary concern was to ensure that as a buyer, I was aware of all the choices.
  
  Unfortunately, after less than 250 miles, the motorcycle had a major problem. This is where customer service truly shines: after a sale. In short, Frank and his team went the extra mile to resolve the problem. They worked with corporate to identify the issue and find a solution and the resolution they provided is unquestionably the best outcome. The team at San Jose HD is exceptional, and my experience with them demonstrated their genuine care for their customers. They are undoubtedly a premier dealer who has earned my lifelong business. Thank you to Terry, Gil, Brandon, Jim, and Frank!

  Excellent selection and customer service. Brandon, Terry & Frank were so great to work with. They made the purchase as seamless as possible and it was so refreshing to deal with people who go above and beyond. I highly recommend this dealership. We love the Fast Johnnie. Thanks again!

  Had a really good experience at this dealership. Walked in to just browse and was greeted by a salesperson named Josef. He showed me all the bikes I was considering. Very patient, not pushy at all. Just got me all the info I needed to make my decision. I had some free time a few days later and came back. Unfortunately Josef wasn't in that day but was greeted by another sales person named La Mar. La Mar was equally personable and I can tell it was important for him to get me all the info I wanted on the bike I wanted. I decided on a bike and ended up working with Brandon in the finance department. Brandon, awesome guy. He sensed I was a little surprised about the final numbers and was able to make it make sense for me. Worked with me to get a deal that made me really happy.
  
  Cant say enough about this dealership and its staff. Very professional and made me feel very comfortable about buying from this brand.
