  As with many government offices ... your experience will depend upon the good will of the person behind the counter when you are being served. Captive audience...You can't take your business somewhere else as you can for most items you need.

  Wait time was ridiculous! There were only two workers behind the desk helping people! I ended up walking out because I could not wait any longer without going insane. They need more help!!

  Dirty not well run, we had an appointment which they told us be on time or else they ended up being almost an hour late.

  Really clean, easy to park and freindly staff. I would recommend having cash on hand. when I went their credit card processor wasn't working.

  Not your typical government office. These people treat you like a person they want to help. I never waited longer then 10 mins the 3 times I have been.

  I thought the reviews might be fake, but they are all definitely correct. This is excellent service and minimal wait.

  Quick and easy access. Location right off the 78. Both times I came here, I was in and out in 10-15 minutes (including wait time). I will definitely return for all future relative business.
