Poor Technical Support.
We Have called several times to get some sort of support with Fluid Management System to equipment support and to no avail no one seems to want our business.
We always get the same response that they are out of the office or that they will return my calls or countless emails I have sent in for support.
As a Distributor this is not at all the Company you should use as your Fluid management/equipment needs. Called other companies such as GRACO
LINCOLN/ALEMITE even reached out to a company called RAASM and have had much better success with support and product quality.
Huge lack of Support on aftersales of product.
USA based Company but product built in SPAIN with huge lack of inventory on basic equipment.
Trust us.
USE SOMEONE ELSE YOU'LL THANK US LATER.

Poor call back responce and know one tracts RMA returns. I will never use them again for fluid transfer equipment
