  The staff are really nice. The chamberlayne location is small so it can be hard to find where to park your car. While it doesn't take them long to change your tire or anything, if your tire isn't in stock, they might go pick it up from another shop which can take some time. Otherwise decent place to go to.

  Sold me 2 used tires for $45 a piece. One had a nail it in already, the other tire was flat within 2 weeks. I brought the tire back with the receipt that says tires are returnable within 30 days of purchase.
  
  When I came in, at first the guy told me there was absolutely no return policy so I had to actually read it to him from the receipt before he would believe me.
  
  Then he said there was no refunds and gave me another used tire of the same type. He then questioned why it took me so long to return it. Extremely rude and clearly not aware of how returns work.
  
  It was as if he suspected me of driving on it until now...Dude it would be on a rim. I had no time to return it and was driving on a spare.
  
  I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST BUYING TIRES FROM THIS PLACE!!!

  These guys rule. Super fast service and reasonable prices. They even hooked me up with a super nice set of Continentals for dirt cheap when they didn't have my exact replacement size (this is common practice, many different sizes fit one wheel). This is now my go-to tire shop. Five stars.

  This place is a joke, called about two tires on my 07 F-150 and was told they had many in my size, when I arrived I was told hold on we're gonna go find those tires, you have to find them? I was then told they were sent to another sam's location and was told by them they never received the size tires I needed from there other store, seriously you run a business......... The staff are liars and pathetic I highly advise calling around to other places like Mincz Tire on boulevard over near the diamond, I actually spent less for both tires and even less to mount them. I refuse to advise going to this place for there lack of business ethics, I seriously don't know how there still in business. Like I said this place is seriously a joke.

  Sold me 4 tires for 160 and went to do my inspection, needed 2 front tires after the 30 days was up..rip off! Will never go here again and I would advise you not too either !!!

  the staff was abrupt and rude; I needed a Tire to put on my rims not only did he not me any discounts for trading a tire, they didn't even offer me my own tire back (which was perfectly good, just didn't match my car). Today a tire I bought from them a month ago blew out on the interstate on- they sold me one with dry rot.
