Got pizza, salad, and cheese-sticks. It was just okay. I liked the soft crust. The ranch was gross. Tasted like it came right out of a hidden valley bottle. Probably won't be back.

Great pizza, but sometimes not the best service. One of the biggest things that I hate is I cannot always get through to them via their number. The last two times I have tired to order I had the phone ringing for several minuets. Then I would get a message saying, "the wireless customer you are trying to reach is not available." Overall I love them, they have the best pizza in town.

I update. I am sick of calling and them never picking up. They may have good pizza but the have horrid customer service. I should not have to call more than once or sit on a line that rings for 12!!!!! Min!!!

Great pizza! You can really taste the love in it as opposed to the larger chains. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

The customer service was good, but the pizza was ready 10 minutes later than they originally said it would be. The pizza tasted okay, but there was very little sauce and very few toppings. At this point I'm not sure I'll try them again.

Very good food quality ingredients much better than any other pizza joint near us. The big chains included not to pricey either. Just wish they could remember the small stuff like parm cheese n crushed red peppers. Other than that we are happy with their speed of service and quality of food.

Salt City provided 25 pizzas for a party for high school students. It was on time, fresh and all toppings as promised at a great price. Thank you very much for the excellent service.

TL;DR version: Pizza = Awesome, Service = 50/50 (make sure they send someone that can actually enter the base).

The food here is really good. It's closer to New England style pizza and the dough has just the right amount of sweetness to it. They also make their own stuffed crust pizzas and pepperoni and cheese stuffed bread sticks. Get them. Eat them. Be impressed. I like to try weird combos on my pizza and they're always willing to play along with me, even if they poke a little fun, which I enjoy. I haven't done pizza with ranch to dip since I was a kid, but I do it now when I order from these folks. It's way good.

The only problem is the delivery service. One of their delivery guys is awesome. He can get on base and he remembers you. Good guy and fun to chat with.

There's another person there that doesn't do so well. One time they forgot everything except for my pizza (no soda or sauces). I was comped by management and they hooked me up the next time, so that was cool.

The next time, I was on base hanging with my friend and they sent the same not-so-good person. The delivery driver called me because they didn't know how to get onto the base, let alone find it (they were lost on HILL FIELD ROADdurr). We had to come and meet that delivery driver at the gate, not quite meeting half-way, but still effectively ruining the purpose of paying someone to bring my lazy butt a pizza. I don't know who's fault that really was, but I figured management needed to know the minor detail that YOU NEED A PASS TO GET ON BASE and A DELIVERY DRIVER SHOULD KNOW WHERE THEY ARE. I called to give them a polite heads-up (I promise I was super cool about it, I even still paid a decent tip both times) that their driver wasn't able to get on base and was lost, and they seemed confused as to why I called them. If you say you can deliver on base, I figure you mean all the way to my door.

Sorry, but it had to be said.

All-in-all, the pizza really is worth the gamble. And who knows, maybe they corrected the issue by now. I'm waiting a little bit just to make sure.

loved it😆 I say their the best pizza place among the wild wild west. Great customer service as soon as you walk in the door, with goodies for the little ones. What I like about Salt City pizza:

1- they bake fresh dough every day
2- they use stainless steal cook ware to guarantee you no Aluninum leaching in food, very few restaurants care like these amazing people.
3- the taste says it all. They also do delivery and sponser their pizza to Sky Jump trampoline parties. They also have a reward card system to earn a free pizza everyone you come back!!! Excellent all away around that tasty pizza!
    Keep it going guys. Nicholas
