Phase 1 of Redken Artist Induction is officially complete! • • • I’m home with a full heart and mind. I spent the last week training in Florida with the most incredible teammates a girl could ask for. Each minute we spend training goes towards making us stronger facilitators, so we can go out into salons and stores and empower other stylists. I am so thankful for the people and circumstances that have made my journey to becoming a Redken Artist possible.
