My husband and I had Melissa cut our hair at a charity event eight years ago. I've been getting my hair cut at Salon Blanco since then. I have seen this business evolve into the fantastic place that it is now. Best atmosphere and best haircuts ever!

Christy/Kristin (she never introduced herself) didn't bother to put a towel between my neck and the bowl for washing my hair, it was quite painful. She also didn't bother to do a perfect job cutting my hair over my ears (had to fix that myself at home) or remove the little hairs in my neck. She did chew her gum with open mouth and I should have been warned as her hairdo was terrible.

Going to a salon away from home can daunting, but Chrissy as well as the rest of the staff at Salon Blanco know exactly what they're doing! My husband says this was the best haircut I've ever gotten and the meticulous way Chrissy handled my color was wonderful. The even have the line of products I use and Chrissy even showed me a clever styling trick! Almost worth coming all the way to Marathon from home again.

We made a last minute appointment for a bridal party and we were able to get in. They did a great job and our hair managed to stay put for most of the day, despite our early morning appointment and an evening wedding. I highly recommend this salon if you are getting married in or around Marathon!
